Posizione e servizi davvero top
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto , la posizione sopra la collina ci ha permesso per 2 sere di fila di vedere l'aurora cosa che dal centro non si vedeva, ci è stata anche un camera doppia con doppio bagno, era tutto elegante e comfort, sembrava di essere in un sogno, colazione super davvero

Erinomainen sijainti.
Pros:

Täydellinen sijainti. Kattava aamiainen. Siistit huoneet. Välinehuolto/-säilytyshuone kaappeineen alakerrassa. Kuivauskaappi huoneessa.

Cons:

Lobby Barin puutetta päivällä ja maisemabaari oli auki vain pimeällä. Aamiaisen keinotekoisesta tuoremehusta.

Jäi huono maku hotellista, tuskin menemme uudestaan

Sijainti rinteen laidalla oli upea ja erityisesti laskettelua ajatellen toimiva!

Cons:

Vaikutti siltä, että hotelli ”syrjii” booking.comin kautta huoneen varanneita. Huonevaraukseen sisältyy eri asiat hotellin omilta sivuilta varatessa ja mielestäni henkilökunnan palveluasenteessa huomasi myös syrjivän asenteen. Maksoimme extraa näköalallisesta huoneesta, mutta meidät majoitettiin alimpaan kerrokseen, joka oli maantasalla ja näkymistä sai vain haaveilla. Ravintolan keittiön takatiloista kuului tunteja kolina ja räminä huoneeseen, koska olimme alimmassa kerroksessa. Jouduimme kolinan takia vaihtamaan huonetta puolen yön aikoihin, jonka seurauksesta selvisi, että näköalallisia huoneita oli kyllä vapaana ylemmistä kerroksista. Luulisi, että 300€/yö huonehinnalla saisi parempaa vastinetta rahoille.

One of the best hotels in northern Finland.
Location, service at reception, very delicious breakfast, super professional and friendly stuff.
Rooms are big and warm.
Very good vibe at this hotel and amazing Panorama sauna.
The breakfast is 11 out of 10
We would like to visit you again next winter and keep same services.
You are the best up there.
I highly recommend this place
