Great place about 2km from the lovely village that is Peregian
Pros:

Wonderful large open plan living and dining area. Location really close to the beach, a short walk through the dunes. Very clean linen and nice furnishings

Cons:

Could do with a little more. Just feel with a little more tlc it would be even nicer. A bit tired.

Beautifully appointed beach house with easy access to the beach
Pros:

Spacious layout and modern but comfortable furnishings. Panoramic window in lounge area had recently been cleaned. The property has two Tesla chargers. There is a balcony on the bedroom level as well as upstairs for the living area. The property has a quick access to the beach.

Cons:

We were allocated no.20 which is close to the main road so there was some traffic noise. This house is also adjacent to the tennis court which could be a noise issue when the court is being used.
