Overall, you get what you pay for. It was among the cheapest in the area for a last minute booking.
Pros:

The location was quite central, the pricing was reasonable for the accommodation provided, and the room itself was clean. The reception was kind enough to hold our bags on the checkout day until the evening.

Cons:

It was a hot couple of days, and having no air conditioning made it quite difficult. There was a fan in the room though. There is no lift/elevator in the hotel, and the stairs are winding, so tricky if you have lot of luggage or have trouble climbing stairs. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but plenty of options nearby.

Pros:

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Räume waren sehr leise durch Doppelfenster - man hört die Autobahn gar nicht, Klimaanlage, in der Lobby einige Sitzmöglichkeiten, wo man auch Mitgebrachtes essen kann, Metro 8 Minuten entfernt, das Frühstück war für Frankreich gut (Kaffeautomat, Äpfel, Obstsalat, Frischkäse, 1 Sorte Käseauschnitt, Wurst, Rührei - nicht lecker-, Butter, Marmeladen etc, Saft, gute Croissants, Baguette, 3 Sorten frisches Brot, Cerealien), für Paris ist das Zimmer geräumig

In der Umgebung ist nicht viel, wenig Auswahl an Restaurants.
