posizione comoda per visitare Montmartre a piedi e raggiungere le principali linee di metro/autobus per raggiungere le principali attrazioni cittadine.

Cons:

il riscaldamento della stanza non era ottimale (forse siamo stati noi che non abbiamo regolato il termosifone correttamente)

We are satisfied.
Pros:

Excellent location, near Montmartre. 100m from the metro Pigal. The staff is very friendly. We had a problem with the transfer to the airport and we asked for help from the guys at the reception, they found us a taxi very quickly.

Cons:

May they change the pillows, they are huge.

Un hôtel médiocre sans aucuns services

La seule chose que j'ai apprécié de cet hôtel est la tranquillité et le calme, et le confort du lit.

Dès l'accueil, j'ai compris que l'hôtel n'allait pas répondre à mes attentes. L'odeur qui régnait à la réception était écœurante. Le personnel n'était pas spécialement agréable, ni serviable sauf quelque uns et je les remercie. Quand je suis arrivée, on m'a donné la clé de ma chambre et on m'a indiqué comment m'y rendre, après m'avoir réclamé la taxe de séjour. Je ne crois pas avoir entendu de bienvenu ou autre formule d'accueil ou de politesse. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et le ménage est très limite. Chaque jours mon lit était refait mais la chambre n'était pas nettoyé. J'ai ouvert le placard sous le lavabo et vu la poussière je n'ai pas eu envie d'installer mes affaires, tout comme dans la douche d'ailleurs qui contenait encore les cheveux ou poils de la personnes précédente. Les murs sont sales, les peintures et les meubles ont besoins d'être remplacés. J'ai eu l'impression de loger dans un établissement construit avec du matériel de récupération.
De plus, j'ai oublié des vêtements dans le dressing et lorsque je parviens enfin à joindre quelqu'un par téléphone, pour pouvoir les récupérer, la personne ne me prends pas au sérieux. Actuellement, je n'ai toujours pas d'information sur mes vêtements. Ont-ils été retrouvé et mis de côtés? Cela ne semble pas concerner le Mr avec qui j'ai échangé.

Good value for money
Pros:

The hotel was in a really good location, walking distance to Montemarte and less than a minute to Pigalle metro. Staff were there 24/7 which made it feel safe. The window had a lovely little Juliette balcony which felt special and a nice added touch!

Cons:

There is no lift only a winding staircase, it was ok for us but others may struggle.

The building itself felt a little run down and a bit shabby but for the price we paid it was ok.
