Didn't enjoy it because of the service by the staff that were on duty that night but a male manger in the morning sp

The property was clean and the facilities were in good condition loved the room

Cons:

When I arrived I did not get help with my luggage the receptionist promised to bring me a someone to helped me with luggage as I had two of my kids with in the basement parking. I did not know how to operate the stove I called three times no one answered when o checked out no one assisted with luggage I was there to celebrate a Mother's Day weekend with my kids but wasn't as happy. Struggled to find WiFi code called no answer had to go downstairs to receptionist felt very inconvenience. Even with breading my room I emailed they never answered the email I called they didn't take my cal I had to drive to the hotel to go change the booking physically the day before

It was bad. I paid extra R8000 and never felt you fully supported me. It was extremely disappointing
