Hôtel pratique à l'extérieur de Grenoble
Pros:

L'emplacement est pratique, à quelques mètres du tramway qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Grenoble en une quarantaine de minutes. La chambre est agréable et confortable, le petit-déjeuner est de bonne qualité et le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Une bonne adresse offrant un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

L'hôtel n'a manifestement pas été modernisé depuis de nombreuses années, ce qui se ressent dans certains équipements, comme l'ascenseur étroit à double porte, au charme un peu désuet. Les parties communes sont assez basiques et mériteraient un rafraîchissement. Cela dit, l'établissement est fonctionnel et, dans l'ensemble, le séjour s'est déroulé conformément à mes attentes..

Pros:

À ce prix, on ne s'attendait pas à mieux. Parking assez grand pour accueillir les clients. L'accueil était très bon

Cons:

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel il y a quelques annees et, malheureusement, il s'est dégradé. Le quartier est très bruyant

Pros:

La clim bien que très bruyante ...le personnel très à l'écoute et prêt à nous aider .

Cons:

Les toilettes sont un peu basses pour les personnes handicapées, éventuellement mettre une poignée pour aider à se lever.

A bed for the night.
Pros:

Room was clean enough but coffee making facilities could be better, fairly basic.

Cons:

Received an email the day before to let us know we could book in at 2.00pm arrived just before 3.00pm to find the place locked up, called the contact number on the email to be told reception didn't open until 4.00pm!
The guy i spoke to didn't sound happy about being disturbed and was not particularly helpful.
