Ein Wellness Bereich in exzellenter Lage an der Müritz
Pros:

Super Lage und tolle Wellness Angebote mit Sauna, Schwimmbad im SPA Bereich.
Erstklassiges Frühstück.

Cons:

In die Jahre gekommene Zimmer 🤨
Hier sollte dringend renoviert werden.
Zimmer passen nicht zum Preis.

Schloss Bar mit Tanz war die Reise wert.

Cons:

leider Wasserschaden am Abreisetag kein Strom im Bad ! Kann halt passieren. Leider keine Reaktion aufgrund der Einschränkungen durch die Rezeption.

Super Lage, Personal top, Einrichtung passend zum Schloss. Würden wieder kommen.

Cons:

Waren nur eine Nacht dort, dafür war die Größe des Zimmers okay. Für längere Aufenthalte zu klein..( Erker Zimmer)

Pros:

Sehr gutes frühstück. Und sehr schöne Lage.

Cons:

- Halbpension wurde nicht angeboten
- Kinder werden nicht ganzheitlich mitgedacht (kein Handtuch für wellnessbereich fürs Kind)

Pros:

Wir haben kurzfristig ein Zimmer im Schloss bekommen, nachdem wir das ursprünglich gebuchte Hotel verlassen mussten. Dort war das Zimmer unzumutbar schlecht gewesen. Hier fanden wir das ganze Gegenteil vor. Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen waren nicht besonders groß oder hochwertig. Sicher hätten wir andere bekommen, wenn wir gefragt hätten.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub in bester Lage und mit perfektem Service- wor kommen gern wieder!👍😃

Das gebuchte Zimmer war besser als erwartet und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Das Wellnessangebot war auch besser als ich angenommen hatte, die Sauna hat bei weitem mehr geboten als erwartet. Sauber, neu, alles bestens - bis 22.00 - perfekt für mich!
Das Frühstück hat für alle Geschmacks- und Ernährungsausrichtungen alles im Angebot.
Der Service im Hotel - Empfang, sowie im Bereich/ Frühstück war sehr lobenswert.
Das Aus-Einchecken war auch einfach und schnell abgewickelt.
Wir kommen gern wieder….

Sehr freundliche Angestellte in allen Service Bereichen.
Ausgezeichneter Sauna - und Wellnessbereich.
Trotz modernen Hotelanforderungen bleibt der Schloss-Charakter mit spannender Architektur erhalten.
Naturbelassene Spazier- und Wanderwege im Schlossumfeld.

Cons:

Duschzelle könnten " renoviert" oder erneuert werden. Einstieg leider hoch und ohne Festhaltemöglichkeit. Dachrinnen an einigen Fallrohren verstopft. Folge: Nasse Fassade. Schade.
Türen zwischen Treppenhaus und Zimmerfluren sind schlecht gedämpft und fallen viel zu laut ins Schloß.
Durschnittliches Frühstück. Ohne wirkliche Extras oder kleine Überraschungen.
5 Übernachtungen ohne Handtuchtausch und Zimmerreinigung.
