En el jacuzzi se pasaron echando algún producto,y eso hizo que las pulseras y anillos que llevábamos se nos pusieran negras y la piel se irritó un poco.
Tb al salir de el fuimos a la habitación a ducharnos y nos comentaron que no podíamos hacerlo ya que no había agua caliente 😮

Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful, set in the middle of the mountains. The breakfast is good, although not very varied.

Cons:

In the room, the tap water came out yellow. I asked a staff member, who later confirmed that it was not drinkable. I don’t think this should happen in a hotel, especially without prior notice. The floor in the room is very cold and there are no rugs or slippers provided, which makes it very uncomfortable.
