Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Nach einer ziemlich stressigen Anreise mit dem Zug, wurde mein Ankommen im Schlosshotel mit einem upgrade für die Junior Suite verschönert. Danke! Ich habe wunderbar geschlafen und der Ärger über die DB ist verflogen. Gestern schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht👍

Upgrade zur Zooseite, kleines feines Zimmer, reichhaltige Frühstücksauswahl und sehr freundliches Personal. Die kleine Sauna war wenig besucht und einladend. Direkt am Bahnhof auch perfekt zur An- und Abreise. Alles top

Pros:

Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, der Kleiderschrank war endlich mal schön geräumig und gut ausgestattet, das Badezimmer ebenso. Das Bett war bequem, die Ausstattung geschmackvoll. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles erfüllt seinen Zweck.
Das Personal hat die Bestnote verdient. Alle waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr schön abwechslungsreich.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Zoo. Das war eine wunderbare Aussicht ins Grüne und auf Ameisenbären. :-)
