Schöner Kurzurlaub am Rhein
Pros:

Für unseren Kurzurlaub am Rhein war das Seminaris optimal! Zur Rheinpromenade und in die Stadt kurze Wege. Nach Bonn, stressfrei mit der Straßenbahn. Das Hotel bietet saubere, zweckmäßige Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war großartig, alles was das Herz begehrt!

Frühstück und Lage und Personal sehr ok

Cons:

Zimmermobiliar unsauber, aus der Bettdecke flogen die Daunen raus und lagen morgens rund ums Bett.
Parkgebühr von 12 Euro tgl. total überhöht für einen nicht gesicherten Parkplatz, Tiefgaragentor war den ganzen Aufenthalt (7 Tage) immer offen, weil defekt, Reparatur wurde nicht vorgenommen, auch der Installateur für das Bad sollte lt. rezeption am 18.5. kommen, wir habenniemanden gesehen.
Das ganze Mobiliar ist abgegriffen, wahrscheinlich wird nichts mehr darin investiert.

Freundliches Personal, Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Die Lage des Hotels war auch okay.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ein wenig eng, aber für ein Wochenende völlig ausreichend.

Cons:

Kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Leider erst am Morgen aufgefallen, dass über die Armatur für warmes Wasser kein Druck bestand.

2,5 Sterne im 4 Sterne Gewand
Cons:

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, nicht nur im Zimmer,sondern auch im Flur,Treppenhaus, Zwischentüren waren verschmiert, sehr hellhörig. Auch die Einrichtung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen bis auf das Bett,das wurde anscheinend erneuert. Alles in allem wäre diese Unterkunft nicht eines Vier Sterne Hotels würdig, eher einer besseren Jugendherrberge.
Online wurde damit Werbung gemacht,dass es sich um eine "gehobene Ausstattung" handelt und die Zimmer im Jahre 2020 umfangreich renoviert wurden. Da kann v.a. im sanitären Bereich nicht zutreffen!
