Creo que lo único más o menos bueno del hotel es el desayuno

Cons:

No hay personal en recepción; el check-in y check-out son automáticos. Llegamos a las 00:30 con una bebé y la habitación aparecía bloqueada. Tuvimos que esperar una hora hasta que vino alguien. En el check-out, el sistema mostraba un cobro pendiente de 120 € ya abonado. Nadie se responsabiliza y dicen que es fallo con Booking, aunque parece un problema habitual. Exijo una compensación y que respondan a los correos enviados por Booking.

Als die Rezeption besetzt war, war der Herr sehr nett.

Cons:

Der Self-Check-in könnte deutlich besser organisiert und verständlicher dargestellt sein, insbesondere bei der Übernahme der Adressdaten.

Bereits bei der Ankunft fiel ein defekter Fahrstuhl auf, der lediglich mit einem handschriftlichen, provisorisch angebrachten Zettel (mit Tesafilm) gekennzeichnet war – kein besonders professioneller Eindruck.

Währ end des gesamten Aufenthalts gab es leider kein Warmwasser – weder am Waschbecken noch in der Dusche, es kam ausschließlich eiskaltes Wasser. Ein direkter Ansprechpartner war zunächst nicht vorhanden, lediglich eine Berliner Telefonnummer für Unterstützung beim Self-Check-in.

Am nächsten Morgen konnte ich den Mangel an der Rezeption melden. Mir wurde zugesichert, dass das Problem tagsüber behoben wird – was jedoch nicht geschah. Auch anschließend war keine ansprechbare Person vor Ort, und weiterhin kein warmes Wasser verfügbar, sodass Duschen nicht möglich war. Selbst am Abreisetag bestand das Problem noch.

Erst nach wiederholter Meldung wurde mir eine Gutschrift in Aussicht gestellt.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist der freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (sofern besetzt). Auch das Frühstück war qualitativ gut. Allerdings ist die Geräuschkulisse im Frühstücksraum sehr unangenehm und auf Dauer

die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Personal, sofern vor Ort, war sehr freundlich. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist der Self Checkin, aber das wurde schon zu genüge bewertet. Für uns war es sehr einfach alles abzuwickeln. Der Kleine Selbstbedienungsladen war auch ausreichend bestückt und einfach zu bedienen. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, klein, aber gemütlich. Sowohl Badezimmer als auch Schlafzimmer waren sauber.

Cons:

Eines der Dinge, die uns gar nicht gefallen hat, war das Frühstück. Hier kann man für ein Hotel beziehungsweise diese Preisklasse deutlich mehr erwarten. Die Brötchen waren knackig und geschmacksneutral, ebenso viele andere Dinge. Aufgefüllt wurde nur sehr sporadisch, so dass immer irgendetwas leer war. Um kurz nach neun gab es keine süßen Teilchen mehr, diese wurden auch nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Für ein Frühstücksangebot, welches bis 11:00 Uhr geht sehr schade. Dass man sich hat Spiegeleier extra braten lassen können, wurde nirgends gesagt. Haben wir nur mitbekommen, weil der Nachbar welche erhalten hat. Gemüse und Obstauswahl sehr überschaubar. Nutella wurde erst neu gebracht, als die anderen Gäste das Glas am Tisch versucht haben, aus zu kratzen und dann aktiv auf Personal zugegangen ist. Sowas darf meiner Meinung nach in einem Hotel nicht passieren.

Perfect location for people who want to visit Cologne without dealing with the traffic.
Pros:

Almost completely self-service, including check-in/check-out. The lobby had snacks, drinks, coffee, alcohol available for purchase. And the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very courteous, and spoke English well! Facilities are basic but have everything you need sans laundry. Underground (paid) parking was a nice touch considering you can walk or take a train anywhere. We liked that it was off the beaten path and in a quiet neighborhood. 10-15 minute walk to the train station to boot.

Cons:

Although we didn’t have any issues personally, the self service aspect can be confusing or troublesome if you come after hours. I would just plan in advance to arrive during “regular lobby hours”.
