The only OK aspect was the view. The food was subpar, the staff was rude and unhelpful (especially the cleaning staff) and the hotel was probably one of the dirtest we have ever been to. Hair (human and animal) and other things everywhere in the room and bathroom, stained (or probably actually dirty?) sheets and towels, mold in the bathroom, everything is in desperate need of renovation and disinfection. Due to bad weather we used the ''spa'' (at extra charge, but there were no towels, no glasses, no water, no tea, even the saunas were turned off when we arrived at the agreed time). The ''spa'' was even dirtier than the room. Stains, dead and alive insects (even a dead little lizard) everywhere it was absolutely disgusting, like it hasn't been cleaned ever! If the rain and fog weren't as bad as they were (the road to the hotel is challenging even in good weather) we would leave even if that meant losing money. The departure couldn't come quick enough. Would definitely not recommend!!

If you are looking for a simple hotel in a perfect enchanting location.. Naturhotel is for you! You can either park and forget your car and enjoy the many nature walks in the surrounding area, take advantage of the free Ritten card which allows you free use of public transport, buses, local train and cable car to Bolzano ( provided by the hotel). Or explore the many amazing places already within an hour or so distance away ( Lake Breis, Lake Carezza).

friendly staff will go their extra mile to make your stay as relaxing and as stress free as possible.
Starting from a moment of relax in the hotel intimate spa, area to practice yoga, or use the hotel's bikes for something more energetic! Also close to some ski slopes for those looking for a more adventurous yet not so pricey holiday!

We have been coming to this hotel for a few years now both summer and now winter and it has never disappointed us! Find out for yourself.. You will not be disappointed! 🙏❤️

I went in this hotel to have a great time and i had so! I really enjoyed my days here. The staff was fantastic: absolute kindness!
For those who want to spend a nice family vacation or a magic break from work, I reccomend it with all my heart.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We booked a room on the hotel website. When we got to the hotel, with our booking confirmation, there was no room available for us. The reception guy kept saying that it was not his problem, while we were left with no room for that night. He keeped saying “it is not my problem” again and again. He even blamed Booking, even though we did the reservation on the hotel website, not in Booking.
After two hours, they managed to find another hotel for us, much further from the location where we wanted to hike next day. We asked if they could find some other option closer to where we originally wanted to stay, and the reception guy answer was “do I work for you?”. Again, definitely not the way to talk to a client.
In the end, we ended up driving half an hour further up in the mountain at night just to have some place to spend the night. With no doubt, the worst experience ever in a hotel. Not only because of the situation but also because of the way we were treated. Definitely something you don’t want to experience in your only week of vacations.

If you're looking for a place to switch off.. relax.. be surrounded by nature.. reconnect with your family.. or simply silence your mind. This is the ideal place. It's perfectly located overlooking a "breathtaking view". Warm and welcoming staff. 💚
