Pros:

التقييم العام للفندق جيد جدًا، وكانت الإقامة مناسبة للغرض منها، حيث كانت لليلة واحدة فقط بعد وصول متأخر بهدف الراحة، وقد وفّر الفندق بيئة مريحة لذلك.

يمتاز الفندق بموقع جيد وقريب من الأماكن العامة، مما يسهل التنقل والوصول إلى الخدمات.

كما أود الإشادة بـ طاقم الاستقبال، حيث كانوا متعاونين جدًا وقدموا خدمة مميزة بحجز عبارة من بورصة إلى إسطنبول بدون أي تكاليف

بالنسبة لـ الإفطار، فهو بحاجة إلى بعض التحسين من حيث التنوع والجودة، ولكن يُحسب للفندق أن سعر الإقامة مع الإفطار كان مناسبًا جدًا، مما يجعل التجربة مقبولة من هذه الناحية.

Pros:

Perfect location nearby Tophane, Ulu Camii and Koza Han. From Terminal (Otogar) it was also close - with tram maybe 20 mins. Very kindly staff - also fluently speaking English, so helpful. Room was spacious with comfortable bed and nice view over the Bursa. Lot of opportunities near the hotel - lot of restaurants, shops, Shopping mall. Breakfast with variations of delicious cold and warm meals. I was very satisfied and when I’ll be next time in Bursa, I know where to go 😊

Pros:

Everything was wonderful! Very good hotel! I want to thank to all personal, no exception, but especially to Huseyin and Hassan, from the reception’s hotel, for kindness and courtesy. From now on, when I’ll visit Bursa, definitely I will stay at Tugcu Hotel

Das Personal was sehr freundlich und die Lage des Hotels ist top.

Cons:

Unsere Bettwäsche war nicht sauber. Auch die Bettwäsche, die wir bekommen haben, nachdem wir um neue gebeten haben war nicht sauber. Der Seifenspender war leer, auch dieser wurde nach Nachfrage nicht aufgefüllt. Leider waren wir enttäuscht, da man bei 4 Sternen mehr Hygiene erwartet.
