Le stanze sono ampie, pulite, il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile, la colazione varia e abbondante.
L'arredamento è da rivedere perché vecchiotto e non tutto in ottime condizioni. La luce del bagno era abbastanza cimiteriale e non buona per farsi la barba. Inoltre la posizione è ottima se si desidera visitare anche altri luoghi nei pressi di Bursa perché la struttura è abbastanza vicina a metro, tram e stazione autobus. Il centro storico è però ad un quarto d'ora a piedi in salita.

Good position, friendly staff and good breakfast
Still the bath tub ,with shower inside, in the bathroom,,not a problem for us but very uncomfortable for alll and if you have a physical problem this can became a huge issue

Hotel location was perfect and very clean. Staff were helpful and the hotel was near the mall and restaurants near by.
Small thing was not good, the shower tub is very dangerous as it's very high specially for us senior people.
