Es mangelt an Hygiene.
Pros:

Das Personal was sehr freundlich und die Lage des Hotels ist top.

Cons:

Unsere Bettwäsche war nicht sauber. Auch die Bettwäsche, die wir bekommen haben, nachdem wir um neue gebeten haben war nicht sauber. Der Seifenspender war leer, auch dieser wurde nach Nachfrage nicht aufgefüllt. Leider waren wir enttäuscht, da man bei 4 Sternen mehr Hygiene erwartet.

Nice place and pleasant staff
Pros:

Staff at the reception and concierge were exceptional, very helpful, very friendly and very nice. Breakfast was exceptional, room was Ok but unfortunately smokers room, they couldn't give us another room although the hotel was not completely booked. Overall, stay was nice

As I said earlier, room was smoking room, they couldn't change it, and smoke smells everywhere, bed, walls, bathroom, etc..

الموقع رائع الموظفون رائعون ( خصوصا السيد حسن و احدموظفي الاستقبال صغير السن ) الخدمة رائعة الإفطار جيد مساحة الغرفة مقبولة والحمام نظيف و مقبول المساحة
كل شيء جميل في هذا الفندق الفندق يقع مقابل مقابل ساحة الميدان و في الوسط بين السوق الشعبي في المدينة القديمة و بين حديقة Reşat Oyal Kültür Parkı اخذت يومين إضافية في الفندق لما وجدت به من راحه

اتمنى ازالة فرش الأرضية من الغرف واستبدالها باركية او اي شيء آخر
