Was a lovely reception area, dining area and spa. Room was comfortable with stunning bathroom.
Can’t fault anything to be honest. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to treat themselves to something a bit more special.
My daughter treated me to a stay here for a birthday treat, and what a treat! From being met at the door, receptionist, the food, drinks at the bar, expertly mixed by Joshua, the Spa everything was 5 Stars will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff.

Nothing about the property or stay is negative in any way however it would be good if people in the spa weren’t allowed mobile phones in such communal spaces, feels a bit strange to be in the background of someone’s video when you’re not fully dressed and trying to relax but that’s a people problem not the Blythswoods.
The spa was excellent and Margarita on reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded to a suite so this was a lovely surprise.

Visited Blythswood Square for the spa and afternoon tea and overall it was a great experience.
The spa is the standout — really high-end with excellent facilities and a proper luxury feel throughout. Everything is clean, well maintained and very well run, and it’s a great place to relax and unwind.
We also had afternoon tea. The food was very good, but the setting itself felt fairly average compared to the rest of the hotel. It didn’t quite match the same level as the spa experience, but still enjoyable overall.

State of the room - broken bits of flooring, old fashioned electric heater, windows covered in putty etc. Felt very tired. Shore was a bit blocked.
The staff here were outstanding. Sep and the team were so progressional and helpful, as we were hosting a reception that day after the fire our numbers were low and the team were so accommodating helping us adapt our setup. I’d really recommend this venue for a drinks reception.
