The room overall is nice
The premium king room was in the basement and the view out of this large window was on the scaffolding of a building under construction. Never found myself in this situation considering all my travels.

It was really dirty and the communal areas hadn’t been cleaned. - we arrived on Friday and left on Sunday, and there was no evidence of any cleaner having been anywhere! The room was very disappointing with tired décore and dirty carpets.
