Rundum gut! Ich komme wieder

Es waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuverlässig, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt

Cons:

Das andere Urlauber einfach in den Sauna Bereich gekommen sind und nur schauen wollten! Sehr nervig und anstrengend

Das Abendessen im Restaurant war - wie schon beim letzten Mal- hervorragend. Top Service, sehr guter Wein.

Etwas teuer, aber eine sehr schöne Unterkunft
Pros:

Viel Platz im Zimmer, keine Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern, sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet, geschmackvoller Wellnessbereich

Cons:

Zu wenige Liegen im Saunabereich, die Sanduhren in der Sauna sind komplett im Dunkeln, so dass man schlecht was erkennen kann —> entweder weißer Sand oder beleuchten

Cons:

Das Personal im Restaurant war von exzellent bis ausbaufähig. "Meine Lieben" ist sicherlich gut gemeint, aber im gehobenen Restaurant nicht angebracht. Von rechts bedienen war auch nicht üblich. Das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, aber für eine komplett exzellente Bewertung reicht es nicht.

Meine Kritik liegt an nachfolgenden Dingen:
Als Bookingcom Premiumkunde wurde uns der 10%ige Rabatt nicht gewährt.
Zudem hatte ich über dieses Forum ein Zimmer mit mindestens 22qm gebucht.
Nachdem ich mir zum 3x am Bettkasten die Zehen gestoßen hatte,habe ich -leider erst am Abfahrtsmorgen - das zierliche Zimmer ausgemessen....und ermittelte ca 12.5 qm !!
Bei Nachfrage am Rezeptionstresen wurde mir dann auch noch gesagt, dass dies ,ohne Verständnis zu zeigen,genau die gebuchte Zimmergröße sei!
Da sollte sich Vermittler Bookingcom doch Mal fragen ,wie die Angebote umgesetzt werden!!

Zus. Nebenkritik:
Unsere verkalkte Dusche tröpfelte nur wie die Romkertaler Wasserfälle im heißen Spätsommer.

Der Wellnessbereich mit gerade Mal 2 Saunen erscheint für ein großes 4 Sterne Hotel doch sehr dürftig.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt im Schlosshotel! Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, kundenorientiert und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Besonders gefreut hat mich das kostenlose Upgrade für einen Late Check-out, sodass ich am nächsten Tag den Wellnessbereich noch in Ruhe nutzen konnte. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Als gebürtige Blankenburgerin kenne und schätze ich die wunderschöne Lage sehr, und sie hat ihren besonderen Charme für mich erneut bestätigt. Klare Empfehlung! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

Das Zimmer war als barrierefreies Zimmer für Rollstuhlfahrer ausgestattet. Obwohl dies für die entsprechenden Gäste sicherlich sehr hilfreich ist, war der persönliche Wohlfühlfaktor für mich dadurch etwas eingeschränkt. Zudem empfand ich die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer, insbesondere am Spiegel, als deutlich zu dunkel. Gerade zum Schminken wäre eine wesentlich hellere Ausleuchtung wünschenswert. Hier besteht aus meiner Sicht Verbesserungspotenzial.
