Tolle Lage, superfreundliches Personal (mit einer Ausnahme an der Bar)

Die Lage und die Ausstattung

Cons:

Zu wenige Liegen im Saunabereich. Man hatte das Gefühl, die eigene Liege räumen zu müssen, damit weitere Gäste auch mal in den Genuss kämen, sich zwischen den Saunagängen auszuruhen - das war nicht so schön! Ausserdem wäre ein separater Ruhebereich (mit Tür) besser, da der Geräuschpegel zum Ausruhen zu hoch ist.

Pros:

Das Schloss, die Zimmer der Spabereich waren sehr schön. Der Service war überall stehts sehr zuvor kommend, höfloch, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Küche klingt leider schöner als sie ist. Die Menüangebote klingen sehr ansprechend jedoch sind die Gerichte meist schlecht gewürzt und Fleisch wird häufig sehr trocken gebacken/gebraten. Insgesamt sind die Preise für das Essen dementsprechend viel zu teuer für die mittelmäßige bis schlechte Qualität.

Wären die Zwischenfälle nicht gewesen hätte der Aufenthalt sehr gut werden könne.

Gute Lage und Ausstattung

Cons:

Es gab einen Heizungsausfall und auch warmes Wasser gab es in dem Zeitraum nicht. So etwas kann auch passieren aber erstens, musste ich das Personal darauf hinweisen, dass etwas nicht geht und dann wurde auch in keinster Art und Weise ein Ausgleich geschaffen bzw. Wir haben keine Entschädigung dafür bekomme. Ein Abend war auch die 90 Grad Sauna schon um 21 Ihr aus und auf 65 Grad abfallend.. da wurde nur gesagt, man gibt es weiter! Als ob das jemals weitergegeben wird…!

Es war eine erholsame Reise mit meiner Freundin.
Pros:

Es war ein großes geräumiges Zimmer. Wir konnten wunderbar in den Betten schlafen. Ebenfalls war das Frühstück sehr lecker, sogar mit Sekt für welche die sowas lieben. In der Minibar waren einige Getränke welche kostenfrei waren.

Cons:

235 € für ein sogenanntes „Deluxe Zimmer“ sind in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt.

Ich reise beruflich regelmäßig und übernachte weltweit auch in hochwertigen Hotels. Daher kann ich Preise und Leistungen sehr gut einschätzen. Was hier als „Deluxe“ verkauft wird, entspricht schlicht einem durchschnittlichen Standardzimmer, wie man es üblicherweise für 60–80 € bekommt.

Das WLAN ist extrem schlecht und praktisch nicht nutzbar – für Geschäftsreisende ein absolutes No-Go.

Der Spa-Bereich wirkt lieblos und steht in keinem Verhältnis zu dem Anspruch, den das Hotel nach außen vermittelt.

Besonders fragwürdig ist die Selbstdarstellung als „grünes Hotel“. Dieser Anspruch ist für mich in keiner Weise nachvollziehbar und wirkt eher wie Marketing als gelebte Realität.

In Summe ein völlig überzogenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für mich ganz sicher keine Option mehr.
