Cons:

The staff is terrible and xenophobic; I stayed for two nights this time, and although the underground parking was full, I wasn't offered a spot behind the hotel where there were two vacant spaces.
I was sent to a public parking lot a 15-minute walk away—despite having a guaranteed reservation—even though I have a leg injury and have great difficulty getting around.
For a 5-star hotel, you have to carry your own luggage; in terms of staff, it doesn't even deserve 2 stars.
It’s a 5-star hotel with a shared minibar in the hallway, and they don't have a restaurant where you can have lunch or dinner—it’s always fully booked for hotel guests. I’m going to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency to have their 5-star rating re-evaluated; if you want to deal with frustration and discomfort, go to this hotel.

My family and I stayed at the Parkhotel Gütersloh for just one night, as the city was simply a stopover on our road trip. Even during such a short stay, the hotel left a great impression on us.
Accommodation: The hotel was very pleasant, clean, and comfortable—exactly what we needed to recharge after traveling.
Breakfast: I was absolutely thrilled by the high-quality and rich breakfast buffet. The selection was fantastic.
Relaxation: The cozy sauna was a wonderful bonus and a great way to unwind in the evening.

Cons:

I have absolutely nothing to complain about. It is a perfect place for a brief family stopover (or a longer stay).

Schönes Stadthotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich. Besonders hervorheben müssen wir die outdoor Ducktail-Bar! Super aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service, sehr ruhige schöne Lage am Miniteich mit dezenter abendlicher Beleuchtung. Die Scampipfanne für 2 ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Leider hat es beim Frühstück etwas beim Nachlegen gehapert…..
