The caves were great. Right in the centre of Goreme. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious the best we had in Turkey and the staff were so kind and helpful.
It snowed and Goreme was cold but our rooms were nice and cosy and very warm.
The location was nice as well as the breakfast. We were able to book and pay for tours through the hotel which was wonderful!
The corridor lights shined in to our room through the curtains. We did turn them off one night, but the staff turned them on... It may have been just our room, but bring a sleep mask.
The room with breakfast worth the value!!
None, everything was excellent
Amazing location and view from the room
Nothing much
Amazing stay! The room was clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and the location was perfect. Highly recommended
EL HOTEL ESTA EN UNA UBICACION EXCELENTE, MY ACOGERDOR, EL DESAYUNO TE LO HACEN EN EL MOMENTO MUY CASERO Y DELCIIOSO EL PERSONAL INCREIBLEMENTE AMABLE, TE RESUELVEN TODO
Booked a room which had no windows or a door on the washroom. The cave aesthetic was decent, but stuffy. Zero ventilation.
However, the staff was amazing. The breakfast lady was very kind and generous, and the breakfast itself was very nice.
Property is in the perfect spot. Central and easy to get around up main attractions. Room was amazing with a view. Modern but still gives that old cave feeling.
Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff was warm and welcoming. Will definitely recommend
Wish the terrace was more cozy
Breakfast was great. Nice turkish spread served by a gentle, caring local lady.
This is not a real cave, though they have really tried to create that kind of ambience, just be aware of this . The site advertises free parking, but it says nothing about access or difficulty finding the parking. It was hard to find parking in Goreme in general and especially around this area, and the hotel has no reserved parking. You also have to walk 600ft up a fairly steep hill that is hard to roll bags on (cobblestones) so if you are unable to, or have large baggage that is a problem. Help is bot reliable. I was given assistance at check in, and also offered baggage assistance at check out, but when I called at check out, nobody was there to help, so I was on my own! This is not a place to show up with anything more than a couple of light bags.
When I put this in my review all I got back was a racist tirade telling me that Indian people are ruining the world. First of all I'm not Indian, second if you don't like certain people then you should not be in the hotel business, mate! Finally, if you can't take back tough feedback then you really should not be in business at all. If you get some tough love, put your head down and get to work don't rant again against entire nationalities or races - that's pathetic.
Gorgeous property with really unique rooms. The caves were soooo cosy which was really great as it was chilly when we visited. Really comfy beds, a great shower, a nice breakfast spread and really friendly staff as well. Super nice space, felt very luxurious!
