⭐️ **Dårlig service og en meget skuffende oplevelse** Vi havde booket vores ophold et halvt år i forvejen, men alligeve

Poolen, rent hotel, okay beliggenhed

Cons:

Morgenmaden, velkomsten var dårlig holder ikke hvad de lover og vil have vi skal flytte værelse selv om vi kun er der 3 dage!

Estancia muy agradable, cómoda y muy bien ubicada.
Pros:

El personal. Max es super atento y servicial y nos hizo la estancia muy agradable. Pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto en todo momento.

Las instalaciones están muy bien y limpias, parece que estás en tu casa y la piscina es un puntazo.

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado, hacia mucho ruido pero cuando lo comentamos al día siguiente, nos cambiaron de habitación de inmediato.

Pros:

Rodinná vila s velmi milými majiteli, paní sice mluví jen italsky, ale je fakt milá 😀 čisté klimatizované pokoje s vířivou vanu přímo na pokoji. Terasa s posezením, bar a bistro, kde Vám připraví během dne kávu, v nabídce mají i chlazené nápoje a něco k snědku. U vily je i bazén. Na nádraží 10 minut pěšky, do centra a k jezeru cca 5 minut. Za mě úplně super❤️

Cons:

Neberu to jako negativum, ale přeci jen.... snidaně. Malinkatý výběr, ale na to jsme u italů zvyklý, ale spíš množství nabízených jídel. Pro 6 pokojů při plné obsazenosti jsou v ohřívací vaně 3 vajícka a 5 plátků slaniny. 4 kousky sýra a 5 snidanovych bulek.... asi taky platí pravidlo "kdo dřív příjde, ten dřív žere" 😀

Gäste unerwünscht – Regeln willkommen

Bett und Kissen waren bequem. Das war es aber leider auch schon. Sonst absolut gar nichts. Lage in Ordnung.

Dieses Hotel hat unseren Urlaub und den 40. Geburtstag unserer Freundin ruiniert.

Statt eines „Herzlich willkommen" empfängt einen ein großes STOP-Schild am Eingang – und eine unfreundliche Dame, die uns ohne Begrüßung nur fragte: „Do you have reservation?" Bereits im dritten Satz wurde uns mit der Polizei gedroht, obwohl wir nichts getan hatten außer einzuchecken. Unsere Freundin aus einer anderen Unterkunft durfte das Hotel nicht betreten und nicht einmal die Toilette benutzen.

Kurz nach dem Check-in erhielten wir die Nachricht, man habe die Polizei gerufen, wir sollen sofort packen. Auf die Frage, welche Regel wir gebrochen haben sollen – bis heute keine Antwort. Die Nachricht ging zudem an die falsche Person, man habe „die Namen verwechselt". Unsere Freunde wurden um 18:30 Uhr rausgeworfen, wir „durften" bleiben, sofern wir uns „an die Regeln halten".

Frühstück laut Webseite bis 10 Uhr, tatsächlich nur bis 9:30 – und nichts darf mit aufs Zimmer genommen werden. Überall Verbotsschilder und Kameras, ein Überwachungsraum mit riesigen Bildschirmen; wir fühlten uns wie im Gefängnis. Das Zimmer MUSS um 12 Uhr zur „Reinigung" verlassen werden, die eher eine Kontrolle ist: geputzt wurde nichts, Duschgel in kleinen, umweltunfreundlichen Plastiktüten nicht aufgefüllt.. Während des Aufenthalts wurden wir komplett ignoriert, bei der Abreise statt einer Entschuldigung eine weitere unbegründete Beschuldigung.

Pros:

Henkilökunta puhui sujuvasti englantia ja Max oli erittäin avulias. Itse hotelli oli sijainniltaan hyvä. Lyhyt matka joka suuntaan niin juna-asemalle kuin rannalle. Erityisruokavalio oli otettu huomioon hyvin.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Bahnhof und die Stadt sind gleich in der Nähe.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Pappbecher zum Frühstück. Leider gab es keine Tassen und Gläser.
Man fühlt sich wegen den Kameras überwacht. Viele Verbotsschilder hängen aus.
Vieles, wie zum Beispiel Handtücher für den Pool kostet zusätzlich.

Locatia si zona sunt foarte potrivite pentru vacanta planuita.

La momentul achizitiei, desi am ales 2 x camera dubla pentru 2 persoane, am observat ca apare doar un nume de persoana pe rezervare, dar nu am dat importanta, crezand ca a asa este standardul lor de scriere. Mentionez ca am ales cazare 2 persoane/ camera, drept dovada ca si la cazarea aleasa in urmatorul oras vizitat in zona Garda, am avut rezervare pentru 2 persoane/ camera. De mentionat ca prietena mea, cand a incercat sa faca rezervarea pentru 2 persoane, aparea ca poti efectua rezervare "fara partener". Ne-am si amuzat pe seama acestui mesaj. Asa incat m-am oferit eu sa rezerv si pentru ei, pentru ca la mine nu aparuse inca acest mesaj.
Odata ce am ajuns la destinatie, surpriza. Am fost anuntati ca avem rezervare doar pentru 2 persoane, nu pentru 4 asa cum credeam ca am rezervat. Asa incat, am platit diferenta pentru inca 2 persoane, asta pentru ca oricum pierdeam suma platita initial si a fost varianta aleasa pentru a nu ne strica vacanta.
Personalul foarte zgarcit si deloc amabil. Ca idee, la micul dejun, platourile erau mai mult goale si daca cereai -spre exemplu - 1 felie sunca, desi nu mai aveai la dispozitie nici branza sau oua sau rosie, aduceau doar 1 felie sunca.
Asa ceva nu am intalnit pana acum si am calatorit destul prin lumea asta mare.

It was a decent stay just beware of shower size- maybe use tub instead
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice with lots of options. The place was very clean, definitely enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. Staff was nice and very accommodating specifically with allowing us to keep our luggage there prior to check in and after check out when we still were exploring Lake Garda and waiting for our return train!

Cons:

Would have liked to be able to control the temperature in the room as the air conditioner blasted cold air right over the bed and the shower was very very small
