Pros:

Tout était très bien .l’emplacement, il était bien cinq minutes de centre-ville et personnel. Max, il était magnifique.

Cons:

Dommage que la clim on pouvait pas utiliser, ils ont dit que à partir de 1er juin on peut utiliser et la salle de bain la cabine de douche elle était trop petite

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing and comfortable experience.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Lilla in Desenzano del Garda. The hotel is a charming classic-style villa with a lovely atmosphere. The staff was extremely attentive and always willing to help with our needs.

We chose the room with a jacuzzi, and it looked exactly like in the pictures. The jacuzzi was fully functional and everything was clean and comfortable.

The location is also very convenient — the hotel is close to the city center, there is a minimarket just 2–3 minutes away on foot, and the train station can be reached in about 7 minutes walking.

Breakfast was a bit modest, but still good enough and satisfying.

Cons:

The only small downside was that the TV was not a smart TV.

Es ist sehr sauber, und hat eine sehr gute Lage! Bahnhof / Bus, Altstadt, See.

Cons:

Leider entspricht das Hotel aus meiner Sicht nicht einem 3-Sterne-Standard.
Besonders enttäuschend war das Frühstück. Es gab jeden Tag das gleiche und leider teilweise kalt, sehr dünn geschnittenen Brotscheiben ( ca.1 cm dick). Wenn man Glück hatte, standen zwei Sorten zur Auswahl: Weißbrot und eine dunkle Variante – diese war jedoch bereits am ersten Tag gegen 8:50 Uhr schon aus. Am zweiten Tag war um 8:30 Uhr ebenfalls kein dunkles Brot mehr vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sei bereits „fertig“, obwohl zu diesem Zeitpunkt erst seit etwa einer halben Stunde Frühstückszeit war. Erst nach wiederholtem Nachfragen wurde uns doch noch Brot nachgebracht. Auch andere Produkte wie Käse oder zusätzliche Frühstückszutaten wurden nur auf zögerlich aufgefüllt.

Zusätzlich werden die Handtücher erst nach drei Tagen gewechselt oder nur gegen einen Aufpreis von 5 Euro. Da die Heizung im Bad nicht funktionierte, waren die Handtücher teilweise nicht richtig trocken.
Auch die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte nicht.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass das Hotel insgesamt sehr sauber war.

Die Chefin hat sich zwar für einzelne Punkte entschuldigt, allerdings habe ich im Nachhinein, beim Lesen anderer Bewertungen, den Eindruck gewonnen, dass viele der genannten Kritikpunkte nicht neu sind und offenbar öfter vorkommen.
Auch in den Antworten auf andere Bewertungen wirkt die Reaktion teilweise wenig entgegenkommend, was meinen Gesamteindruck leider bestätigt.

Eine Verbesserung der genannten Mängel wäre wünschenswert, anstatt lediglich darauf hinzuweisen, dass es sich um ein 3-Sterne-Hotel handelt oder man für höhere Ansprüche eine andere Kategorie buchen sollte. Für mich entspricht die Unterkunft jedenfalls nicht dem beworbenen 3-Sterne-Standard, weder auf der Homepage noch auf dem Schild vor dem Haus!
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt daher eher enttäuschend, vor allem aufgrund des Services und der Ausstattung beim Frühstück und im Zimmer.

Peaceful, relaxing stay!

voor ons doel een goed hotel, niet ver van het treinstation en het centrum
Pros:

het ontbijt was goed, we waren natuurlijk niet veel in het hotel, we kwamen voor de omgeving
de kamer heeft een balkon en er is een luchtbehandeling/airco die je helaas niet zelf goed kan regelen, maar wel een raam die open kan

Cons:

ik ben niet groot (1.63m en niet echt dik), maar in de douche kon ik mij net keren, misschien hadden ze eerst de wc moeten plaatsen en dan de douche dan was er meer ruimte om te douchen
Er was een bubbelbad aanwezig, we begrepen echter niet hoe de bubbels aangezet moeten worden, we verbleven er te kort om dit te vragen, er waren ook maar weinig prive parkeerplaatsen, ik weet niet wat de capaciteit van het hotel is, misschien is dat de reden. Kon de auto ook op straat zetten. Eetgelegenheden net iets te ver lopen
