Great location but be aware of extra charges
Pros:

The location was great, under 5 min walk to port to catch ferry and where the restaurants are. The room was clean as was the bathroom, the room looked newly refurbished.

Cons:

The pool was not in use, wish I had known this. There are many charges which you don’t expect a hotel to have, even 5* hotels don’t have for example being charged for changing towels every three days, kettle to use, $20 per hour for late check in. The breakfast was very basic with ham and egg touching on the same tray, not very vegetarian friendly. The exterior of the hotel very outdated.

Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig und dennoch zentral. Wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof, zur Altstadt und zum See.

Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvor kommend. Max war für alles zuständig und einfach perfekt, stets gut gelaunt und witzig.
Frühstück war zweckmäßig, es hat aber an nichts gefehlt. Es ist gering bestückt, aber alles wird sofort wieder aufgefüllt.
Das Auto war in der Tiefgarage gut aufgehoben.

Cons:

Der in der Zimmerbeschreibung aufgeführte Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern war in unserem Zimmer wohl schon länger defekt. Da es im August verstärkt Mücken gibt, mussten wir das Fenster überwiegend geschlossen halten.

Fantastic and amazing
Pros:

It was beautiful,clean,fantastic location. Barbara and Max the hotels hosts were just lovely they couldn’t do enough for us always checking in and making sure we were ok and Barbara gave us great advise and knowledge about the local market and surrounding areas

angenehme Tage in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Ein kleines, individuelles Apartmenthaus mit sehr unterschiedlichen Zimmern. Die Lage ist ruhig aber gleichzeitig sehr nah zum Stadtkern und zum Schiffsverkehr.
Es wird ein umfangreiches Frühstück geboten.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Emplacement idéal mais confort à revoir
Pros:

Emplacement idéal au sud du lac de garde
On peut aller à pied au centre ville
Piscine pour profiter en fin de journée
Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse très sympa
Marco (si je ne me trompe pas sur le prénom) qui était disponible à l’hôtel pour nous renseigner et nous aider était vraiment très adorable et disponible. Merci à lui !

Cons:

Notre chambre située au sous sol de la maison (en face du garage) n’était pas du tout confortable.
Pas d’aération donc c’était humide et sentait l’humidité très fort. Pas de volets juste des rideaux non occultants, et alors pour utiliser la Clim, il fallait demander systématiquement à la réception qui ne voulait pas nous prêter la télécommande… on ne pouvait donc pas gérer la température comme bon nous semble. Heureusement Marco était très gentil et patient pour nous aider (nous avons compris que cette contrainte ne venait pas de lui mais de la direction…) mais je trouve cela inadmissible que le client ne puisse pas gérer sa Clim comme il l’entend…

Sijainti rautatieaseman ja keskustan välissä. Aamiaisella hyvää kakkua. Hotellin suosittelemat ravintolat olivat hyviä.

Cons:

Hotellissa oli aika paljon sääntöjä; mm huone piti olla päivittäin tyhjä ennen klo 12 siivousta varten. Aamiaisella ei juuri ollut vaihtoehtoja; joka päivä salamia, ei kinkkua. Erittäin sokerista mehua. Jyrkät portaat huoneeseen.

Nice place to spend vacation
Pros:

Perfect location: less than 10 minutes to main attractions. Attentive personnel. Comfortable bed and pillow. Big plus is very quiet fridge in the room.

Cons:

AC is a little bit noisy. But did not bring much troubles for a sleep.
