我每年平均會有兩到三次到日本旅游，過去我已經很久沒有住過房間這麼舊的酒店，令我日後選擇住宿也要格外小心
Pros:

位置很好，距離博多車站只有一條馬路，兩分鐘便到酒店 。酒店職員也很有禮貌

Very comfortable stay at the Comfort
Pros:

Location and cleanliness. They dont do eco cleaning as most hotels. They do thorough cleaning every day. And the view was amazing.

櫃檯人員松井態度很差、booking當時只回覆有打台灣電話給我，但我在日本到底要怎麼接😀

位置很方便 在博多車站博多口外面

check in的時候櫃檯男員工查不到訂單跟櫃檯女（松井）求救，結果松井小姐看到護照上的republic of China就很輕蔑的笑著說China，之後一直反覆要求看訂單頁面，在她要求之前我已經一直拿著booking畫面給她看了，後來在她面前滑掉重開app她才認真看我的手機😀
之後松井拿翻譯機說要拍我的手機，拍完後突然說了一句I forgot...還有夾雜日文
過一陣子她拿兩張booking的訂單過來說第一張在去年11/19取消了（當時下單的資訊有誤所以馬上重新下單），而第二張的訂單編號就是我一直提供給他們看的booking訂單，但松井說這筆訂單沒有收到資訊
（因為我訂的是兩間房間，有在訂單的備註上填寫希望可以是鄰近的房間，確實有收到飯店的回覆，所以松井說的沒收到資訊很值得存疑）

松井只說現在還有一間四人房可以幫我們訂，但要幫我們確認booking有沒有先刷卡（booking沒有先刷卡是因為當初就選擇到現場才付款¥56000）
確認沒有從app刷卡後，松井讓我們在現場刷了¥57600
沒有跟我們解釋我們現場刷卡的房間是兩間，而不是她口頭說的只剩一間四人房，但松井給我們的房卡是我在booking上訂的兩間禁菸雙人房^^

期間松井在跟我們溝通完全都是拿翻譯機，從頭到尾不存在溝通不良的問題，從一開始看到China的訕笑、說謊騙我們沒有收到訂單資訊、騙我們現場只剩一間四人房、刷卡超額的金額，從結果上來看booking的訂單顯示已完成，證實松井謊話連篇還不敢用翻譯機解釋她的疏失。

兩顆星是給松井騙歸騙但還是有給我房間：）

Pros:

The location was very convenient to get to Hakata Station, restaurants, and subway.

Cons:

The room was very small. and the elevator floor was so dirty that i was afraid to drop anything on the floor, even my pen.
