駅近！スタッフ対応よし！朝食美味しい！
Pros:

チェックインや朝食時などのスタッフの対応が良かった。いつも朝食(バイキング)目当てで、ホテルを選びますが、スムージーや雑穀米などが美味しくて良かった。

Cons:

浴室のシャンプーが、なんだか懐かしい、壁に備え付けのものだった。ホテルの説明などを書いたパンフレットがありそうだが、部屋の机には見当たらなかった。

A budget-friendly hotel suitable for a short stay, though a few areas could benefit from improvement

Location is very good, very near Hakata station. Room is spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast seating area not conducive as baggage storage area is next to it. Lobby looks messy. Room furniture is old. Bedframe is torn. Some parts of wall broken. Housekeeping standard to be improved to remove trash daily.
