Cons:

Was charged double for the room that I paid for. Management wouldn't listen to what I tried showing them from my receipt. Won't be coming back there in the future

Not as expected
Pros:

The restroom was not as clean as it could have been. We found issues with the room like the pillows had something on them. The hot tub was closed off. Courtney at check in needs a better attitude and demeanor. She was rude, slow and rolled her eyes when asked a question. The gym was nice.

The only thing not great was not having a free breakfast or even free coffee in the lobby.
Pool was great, and the outdoor patio area is super nice.

It was great. The fire pit outside was awesome. No hot tub as advertised but the bed was comfy and the shower was fantastic
