Nicht das bekommen, was wir gebucht haben
Pros:

Zügige Fahrstühle, Zimmereinrichtung in Ordnung, sauber

Cons:

Es gab zwei Probleme bei der Buchung:
1. haben wir für 5 Personen gebucht, es gab aber nur zwei Queensize Betten und keine Möglichkeit der Aufbettung. Die Mitarbeiterin schlug uns vor, uns eine aufblasbare Matratze zu kaufen…
Ein weiteres Bett/Zimmer zu bekommen war nicht möglich.
Wir schliefen also mit drei Personen in einem schmalen Bett. Das war nicht erholsam.

2. In der Buchung stand, Frühstück wäre inclusive. Im Hotel sagte man uns aber, Frühstück müsste man immer extra bezahlen.

Hier kam man uns entgegen, dennoch war es ein blödes Gefühl und wir würden das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.
Booking kann meiner Meinung nach nichts für diese Probleme.

Cons:

Paying $15.00 EXTRA for breakfast.
Then was told We didn't have a coupon so couldn't be served.
Room we had (134) had a load banging noise ever hour or so, couldn't get a good night's sleep.

Will definitely stay again if in the area.
Pros:

Lobby and outside lounge area was fantastic! Staff were awesome. Very clean inside and outside.

No microwave in the room.

Great service and staff
Pros:

Clean hotel, comfortable bed and linens and a clean appropriate sized bathroom. Kitchen also served a great breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Location was good. The room was clean.

Cons:

Booked for 5 people total. 2 adults 3 kids. Only 2 beds. Not even a sofa or pull out bed. The hot tub was closed off, pool water was ice cold, and the staff was non existent.
