Excelente lugar para viajes de trabajo
Pros:

El cuarto estuvo amplio con todos los servicios. El cafe es bueno, el restaurante de 10, en general el servicio bastante bueno.

Cons:

El staff no me mando la factura cuando se la pedi. Tuve que insistir con el tema de la factura, además por los mensaje de booking no responden.

Good hotel if you have to visit Tec Monterey. Nice restaurants around.
Pros:

Walking distance from Tec Monterrey. The room was large, the bed as well. There was barely any noise from outside.
Around the hotel there are a few restaurants, Grill Norteño was really good.

Cons:

Entrance to the building was not very pretty. The lifts are in desperate need of maintenance or renovation.

Buena ubicación y excelente vista.
Pros:

La ubicación fue excelente está dentro de una plaza donde encuentras de todo, la zona está muy cerca del TEC. Además la terraza donde tienen la alberca y el jacuzzi tiene una vista irreal de la ciudad, esto aporta bastante a tu experiencia. Además hay un starbucks en el lobby lo cual es muy práctico.

Cons:

La limpieza dejó mucho que desear, además tuvimos una noche que nos cortaron el agua por alrededor de 2 horas y no nos pudimos bañar. Por lo que pagué esperaba al menos tener un minibar, la máquina de hielo de mi piso no servía entonces tuvimos que bajar al lobby cada que necesitamos hielo. Entiendo que fui en épocas de un evento muy grande el Tecate pal Norte y los precios son altos pero en realidad p. Este comentario puede ser un tema muy personal pero el olor del detergente o suavisante de sábanas, cobertores y toallas me daba muchas nauseas.

Cons:

The hotel is not being taken care of. It's old and it shows. The elevators are noisy and are in bad condition. The rooms look old and they need renovation. The price doesn't match what they offer

Las áreas comunes estuvieron sucias todo el tiempo. La ducha de la habitación no funcionaba bien, tuvimos que llamar que llegaran a reparación.
No habían suficientes elevadores. En general había mal olor en muchos lugares.

Cons:

Dos aspectos a comentar.
- pague por el estacionamiento $60 que cubría mi estancia y el ticket solo funcionó una vez las demás tuve que sacar ticket de acceso nuevo en la salida /entrada para poder salir y no perder tiempo en ir a recepción
- estuvimos en la habitación 1407, pensando que estaría más amplia al llegar y entrar te das cuenta de que hay mucho espacio libre que hace que la habitación se vea y sienta desairada y fria, creo que esos 10 mts se los pueden ahorrar y o ver como hacerla mas cálida
- creo que pueden invitar a sus huespedes a unirse a una campaña eco y depositar las botellas, latas aparte, asi como las tapitas
