Nous avons changé de chambre car nous nous sommes retrouvés juste à côté des escaliers… le personnels était vraiment top !

Cons:

Le confort des chambres, la salle de bain était vraiment petite, la piscine a l’eau de mer, pas d’ascenseur alors qu’il y a 3 étages.

Hôtel bien pour dormir lors d’un voyage à Québec.
Pros:

J’ai adoré l’accès à une machine à café 24h/24.

Cons:

Ça ne peut pas être amélioré, mais les chambres étaient plus petites que ce à quoi on s’attendait. Le long couloir avec plusieurs angles était aussi très long. Je pense simplement que cela pourrait être averti au préalable.
Je crois que l’aération au niveau de la salle de bain pourrait être améliorée. Il y avait beaucoup de buée dans le miroir et il faisait rapidement très chaud.
La pression de l’eau dans la douche était moyenne. Parfois forte, alors que souvent elle était très faible voire minime.

Good Short Stay Accommodation in Quebec.
Pros:

Basic accommodation for a short stay. Close to a bus stop that goes to old town. Water pressure and temperature excellent. Plenty of space for breakfast. 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate.

Cons:

No elevators - difficult for seniors to carry overnight bags from car park (basement) to 3rd floor. I must have missed the info about elevators. Ongoing road construction while we were there made the location unappealing.

Disappointing stay: Black mold and ignored service.
Pros:

Fast check-in.

Cons:

On the first night, we had an allergic reaction and didn't know why we were sneezing so heavily. Then we realized there was black mold both inside and outside the air conditioner, that was definitely the cause. The curtains were also incredibly dusty.

The next morning, we asked them to clean the AC, but by the time night came, nothing had been done. It was still dirty, and our request was seemingly ignored. As a result, we had to clean it ourselves just to reduce the mold. Obviously, it wasn't a deep clean, and by the third night, we were still sneezing and dealing with allergies.

I believe cleanliness is an essential part of service quality. This is definitely an area that needs improvement, or at the very least, the front desk staff should ensure that housekeeping actually receives and follows through on these requests. I left feeling very disappointed

Malý hotel, cca 15 minút taxíkom do mesta. Čisté izby. Bez výťahu. Bazén, parkovisko.

Cons:

Raňajky dosť chabé, hrianky, maslo, vajcia a potom všetko sladké. Ale to je asi standard v Kanade.
