Very disappointing experience. I arrived to find the toilet in Room 307 completely blocked and unusable. Instead of offering a room change or sending maintenance, the receptionist handed me a plunger and expected me to fix it myself. The problem remained unresolved.

To make matters worse, while speaking with her manager in French, the receptionist made insulting and disrespectful comments about me, apparently assuming I would not understand. Being mocked instead of helped was completely unprofessional.

A working toilet and respectful customer service are basic expectations at any hotel. I would not stay here again.

Pros:

Très bon hôtel, personnel agréable, petit déjeuner sommaire mais qui fait le job. Centre de Québec accessible à pied (il faut marcher quand même 20-30 min mais pour une journée de visite ça va)

Le personnel est très sympathique, la piscine est agréable, aussi il est appréciable d’avoir un parking et plein de place dispo, aussi chambre climatisé

Tout d’abord, les chambres ne sont pas très propre surtout la salle de bain, hôtel vieillot qui aurait besoin d’un gros coup de rafraîchissement, aussi les travaux autours de l’hôtel qui sont vraiment dérangeant mais bon ça a la rigueur ils n’y sont pour rien mais le pire pour nous a été le petit dej nous n’avons jamais vu ça alors que nous voyageons beaucoup… 2 3 pauvres tartines qui se cours après et des « viennoiserie » emballe qui sorte du supermarché… pas de salé à part des œufs emballés très décevant vraiment

Really helpful staff. Good spacious room with balcony and table. Good breakfast and plenty of seating. Nice pool. Plenty of parking. Good bus access into town. Nice to have hot chocolate available alongside coffee and tea.

Worth money we paid
Pros:

We stayed with kids and swimming pool was empty most of times and kids enjoyed playing there at the end of the day. We got a bus to get to old city. Bus was free for us as hotel participates in a program which gives tourists free pass. Check at front desk if you decide to use public transport

Cons:

It was construction around us and we had to walk through it to get to the hotel.
