Otel çok kötü ve hijyen berbat fakat kahvaltı fena değil. Otelin tek artısı konumu çok iyi. Tavsiye etmem. Pişmanlıktır.

It is one of my worst experience ever I have, I don't recommend this hotel , reception staff was too rude and impolite, as I read Google reviews, I found out that most of the people weren't satisfied with this hotel especially it's reception staff, but I didn't care and afterwards I regretted, please you care about it.
the room was too small and it smelt bad. It wasn't clean, and I wasn't satisfied with it's breakfast.
This hotel doesn't deserve 4 star.

The hotel does not worth, what inpaos mm

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel very welcome. The room was spotless, including the washroom, and I loved having a small balcony that let in fresh air. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes, all served on a rooftop with a stunning waterfront view.

The location was perfect, with all the amenities and charming local cafes within walking distance—some even open 24 hours! It truly added to the convenience and charm of the stay. I can’t wait to come back to this wonderful place again. Highly recommended

Definitely nothing like advertised!
The staff were okay but most of the services are not available like iron and spa etc. Constant banging throughout the day and night had to call them one night to stop!

The “sea view” room is too far from the sea.

It was okay at best. The area around is designed for tourists so over priced, lower quality, dirty, VERY busy and yet everyone speaks limited English which doesn’t make sense to me. Customer service was not good, they ignore you or just pretend they don’t hear you. I won’t recommend staying here

They call it 4 star for a reason but unfortunately here in istanbul most 4 star hotels think they should serve the lowest of qualities! I like the Beyoğlu neighborhood i think it’s very fun and cute if you’re looking for tiny local streets, but this hotel is just not it!
The rooms are small but that’s not the worst thing; it’s very dirty looking, it’s obvious they haven’t cleaned the walls nor painted them for years, the decoration is wrecked and old!! The bathroom is a joke; small sink, no towel holders and tacky lighting.
There’s nothing in the mini fridge if you’re looking for anything there’s nothing in there, actually It’s not a fridge it’s a cooler and it takes forever to cool something. I’ve never seen this before but the hotel puts paper cups in the rooms. When i asked why they said they’re not allowed to put glass. There no simple utensil for even peeling an apple!
The hotel’s front door opens to the most crowded and lousy view! The valet looks like a yard sail and there are lots of cars just parked back to back.
The breakfast is the only thing that is kinda okay, there’s good food but the variety isn’t much according to a 4 star.
Overall from my experience you can just go there if you don’t care for the stars or the money you pay, simply just for the neighborhood and a place to sleep. Don’t have any other expectations!

As much as we enjoyed our trip to Istanbul, we regretted our stay in this hotel
Instead of a double room with a third bed, they gave us a twin room without a third bed. After asking for an extra bed, they brought the third bed and placed it in front of the room door in such a way that we could only walk on the beds and there was no room left to walk in the room. It was hard to close the door of the room...We had to arrange the room ourselves!!!
Our room was on the first floor with a window facing the walls of other rooms with a very horrible and dirty view... dark and without light... the sheets were dirty and had holes... the rooms were not cleaned every day and worst of all We had a bad memory of this hotel:
On the last day, due to our haste, we left one of our packages, which contained our purchases from Istanbul, in the room, and despite the follow-up and calls we had with them, they said that there was nothing in the room and nothing was left. Don't make your trip bitter by staying in this dirty and awful guest house, especially since unfortunately they are not reliable for storing your personal belongings in the hotel..

The worst hotel ever. It claims to have 4 stars, but unfortunately, it shouldn’t have any. The personnel were extremely rude, and the condition of the hotel was awful. Everywhere was full of dust. The rooms were very tiny, so much so that you couldn’t even find space for your luggage.

I am extremely ashamed of the staff's behavior. The two women receptionists were so aggressive and fought with every customer about the hotel’s condition.

There is no customer service at this hotel.

Hotel is echt geen 4 sterren waard, eerder 2 ster.Een paar van de medewerkers zijn niet zo behulpzaam.toilet was te laag.

Schmutzig und unpraktisch. Glasscheiben im Restaurant schmutzig und deswegen Blick auf die Stadt nicht möglich. Gesamt Note Kategorie 1 Stern.

I especially liked the staff at the front desk. They were always willing to help me with my needs. And they did it in a kind way and always with a smile!

dirtiest stinking rooms . Please cancel this hotel's licence to operate. The single room was like a store room with a window that opened to an AC shaft, It was claustrophobic. We spent one night in this hell and checked out next morning though we had booked 4 nights. The breakfast plates dirty soil
