Stanza pulita e silenziosa

Cons:

Alla reception un signore (sgarbato) mi dice che l'albergo è tutto occupato e non ci sono stanze libere.
Guardo su Booking, vedo che ci sono ancora stanze libere e faccio la prenotazione on-line.
Torno in albergo e adesso la stanza è disponibile.
Ma questo è un albergo serio?
Consiglio vivamente di cambiare l' addetto alla reception, i campi di patate hanno bisogno di lavoratori.

Mooie tussenstop op weg naar Italië
Pros:

Mooie locatie voor een tussenstop naar Italië. Inchecken is geautomatiseerd maar werkt niet waardoor de mevrouw aan de balie stalen zenuwen moet hebben. Ze bewaart nochtans haar glimlach.

Tolles Restaurant mit leckerem Frühstück und Abendessen à la carte.
Wellnessbereich sehr schön.

Cons:

Fließenboden im Wellnessbereich sehr rutschig, wenn nass. Handlauf in den Pool fehlt leider für ältere Personen.

WLAN hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert - trotz Reklamation gab es keine Verbesserung. Zimmerwechsel war wegen voller Buchung nicht möglich

Pros:

Wirklich alles hat gepasst. Personal zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich und immer bereit weiterzuhelfen. Frühstück hochwertig und sehr umfangreich, alles wirklich frisch und es wurde bis zum Schluss nachgelegt. Wir waren als Gruppe mit 13 Erwachsenen zu einem Familientreffen dort. Alle waren zufrieden. Unsere 5 (eher kritischen) Schotten waren tatsächlich happy.
Die Saunen und der schöne Pool mit Garten wären ideal zum Relaxen am Nachmittag.

Cons:

Alles gut, wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal dort.
