Honestly the staff were lovely but the place itself just wasn’t much good for the price we paid
Pros:

The place was clean when we arrived but quite outdated , staff were all nice

Cons:

We had issues with our key cards almost everyday which resulted us having to go to reception constantly , we were only given 1 fork 2 knives and 2 spoons for cutlery , the place looks quite run down and the swimming pool wasn’t opened which we weren’t aware of there was also limited hot water for showers we were lucky for a 10 minute one of that
