A really pleasant stay from check-in to departure. All staff members were courteous and friendly. The room was compact but fine for me as I was a solo traveller. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choice. Pool was very quiet and sunbeds were always available when I returned to the hotel in the late afternoon. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break.

I had a great stay here, the hotel is immaculate with good attention to detail, all the staff are really friendly and the facilities are great too.
I used the gym most mornings and although it was pretty basic it was good enough to tick most boxes.
They have two pool areas that are nice if you want to have a chill day & it’s nice that they provide you with pool towels.
Onto the food, breakfast is amazing and they have everything you could imagine and I’d recommend going half board or all inclusive as the dinner spread is so so good, so much to choose from and it’s a different theme every night, it was hard to stop eating and i was blown away every night of how good it was.
I send my praises out to the restaurant staff that are all really nice and welcoming but I’d like to give special thank you to Christina, she has such an endearing soul and the hotel should feel blessed to have her on the cards.

Wonderful service all the way from check-in to checkout. Very friendly and polite personal.

Top Unterkunft für ein paar Tage zum abschalten.

Prima hotel met alle nodige faciliteiten. Niet over de top luxe, maar een zeer goede prijs- kwaliteitverhouding. Ondanks dat het hotel bijna helemaal gevuld was, was het lekker rustig, geen moment het gevoel gehad dat het 'te druk' was. De inrichting en aankleding van het hotel is erg sfeervol.

Saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Der lange Sandstrand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Parkplätze findet man auf der Straße mit etwas Geduld. Alles in allem war das Hotel super und der Ort ist Geschmackssache, denn uns persönlich war es zu überlaufen.

Balkon

Hôtel très bien situé à 3 minutes à pied de la plage et à proximité de plusieurs restaurants. Très propre. Le personnel est serviable et attentionné.

Habe das Hotel nur zum Schlafen, Essen und Relaxen genutzt. Ansonsten war ich auf Tour.
Zimmer 220 ist ein (behindertengerechtes) Zimmer mit Poolblick am Eck. Dadurch sehr großer Balkon, aber auch einen Tick mehr Geräusche von draußen.

Essen ziemlich gut und vielfältig (Büffet Frühstück und Abendessen). Manchmal erwischt man halt etwas, das nicht mehr ganz so warm ist. So what?!
Der Service beim Essen ist schon fast zu motiviert. :-) Die Essenszeiten sind sehr großzügig, das Frühstück beginnt allerdings erst um 8 Uhr.
Lage direkt am Estany ist gut, in 200m ist man aber auch am Strand.


Positiv zu erwähnen: Am Anreisetag war ich etwas zu spät fürs Abendessen, bekam aber noch eine Auswahl. Top!

Ik boekte voor het zwembad naast het meer en ik bleef voor al de rest. Het hotel is mooi en proper, het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt is heerlijk en uitgebreid. Het is dichtbij het strand, in de shop en eet straat, dichtbij de bushalte. Perfect.

We really liked it here it met expectations per hotel descriptions. It is clean and modern and comfortable. Our room was serviced every day. The staff are super-friendly. It is lovely around both pools - so quiet too. The facilities on offer were good - we didn't use the restaurant but did use the bar, food shack and in-house coffee and cake cafe. We know Alcudia very well and mainly went to the beach and we also enjoyed a leisurely walk to the port in the evening for our main meal and the hotel was well-placed for this. We only have one criticism which didn't really detract from the holiday, it is just personal preference, and that was the fact that the bathroom was a bit too much a part of the room rather than being separated off. It was all a bit "continental" for us. We would definitely come back again though and highly recommend it.

Hôtel où on se sent bien des l'arrivée. La nourriture proposée est plutôt bonne pour les buffets du soir et excellente au petit déjeuner (un plus en comparaison d'autres hôtels) Un grand merci au manager et à tout le personnel.
Seul point négatif la taille des chambres parfaites pour une personne mais pas 2 et la conception de la salle de douche et WC
