Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan

We really enjoyed our time at Crimson Resort Cebu. The staff are amazing. Troy was great at the front, can't remember others but everyone was helpful and courteous.
Special mentions to Chef Jana who ensured our food was up to halal standards. She made sure she always gave us delicious food and Ian helped also. She went out of her way when said we missed halal chicken. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and culinary skills.
The rooms are modern, breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the pool was maintained very well. I was surprised to find out they had their own house reef which you could snorkel and even find clown fish!

My partner and I love to travel, and Crimson has been one of our favorite stays. The service from everyone, from the front desk to the restaurants, was flawless. I’d definitely recommend it and would be thrilled to return.

If you are seeking a truly restorative and peaceful getaway for your family, do not hesitate to choose Crimson Resort and Spa at Mactan. Having returned here six times now, I can honestly say I have never once regretted my decision. It is our family’s ultimate healing sanctuary.

The highlight of our stay is always the Crim-zon Kids Club. As a father, seeing my 6-year-old daughter, Mina, so genuinely happy and well-cared for makes every trip unforgettable. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the "Dream Team" who treated Mina like family:

LESLIE, ARCEE, SHEN, LIZA, CINDY, PHOEBE, VANNY, JESSIE, MHEL, RALPH, ARRINE, and HANNA.

Their energy, smiles, and sincere care are the gold standard of Filipino hospitality. Mina is already counting down the days until she can see her favorite "aunties and uncles" again.

As a loyal guest who loves Crimson, I have one small suggestion for the management: If Crimson were to operate a hot water pool, I am certain that even more family tourists would choose this resort over any other. It would provide the ultimate comfort for children and elderly guests, making the stay perfect regardless of the weather.

To any parents considering a trip to Cebu: Choose Crimson without hesitation. You won’t regret it. We are already looking forward to our 7th visit!

We have stayed at Crimson Mactan in total four times over many years. And we will come back again (if the price is right). Always friendly staff, calm location, great food and beautiful beach and pool area. Also, the garden is always very beautiful.

The rooms were noisy, with poor soundproofing. Paying in dollars at reception was met with outright harassment. Every dollar was questioned because of a supposed stain or a barely noticeable tear, or because it wasn't a new US dollar bill. Breakfast was delicious and the service staff was excellent. The grounds are great with a lovely pool. Unfortunately, the hotel's location is very remote.

I loved the Ambiance and the villas were superb. Breakfast was amazing, and the service was excellent. Only downside was that the Steam room was NOT complimentary.

Our stay at Crimsort Mactan was absolutely unforgettable and the perfect way to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary, made even more special with our 1-year-old daughter with us.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. A huge thank you to sir Cyril Ybañez for the wonderful treatment. Walking into a beautifully personalized room setup, complete with wine and a welcome greeting flashing on the TV for our anniversary, was such a thoughtful and touching surprise. He knew that I’m already a repeat guest and it will be our 2nd Anniversary celebration. He made sure that it’s gonna be one of the books. It truly made us feel celebrated and valued as guests.

What stood out most was how incredibly warm and welcoming the staff were to our daughter. Everywhere we went, she was greeted with smiles, kind words, and genuine affection. It meant so much to us as parents to stay somewhere that felt not only luxurious but also sincerely family-friendly.
Crimsort Mactan strikes the perfect balance between elegance, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. This trip gave us beautiful memories as a couple and as a young family - something we'll always treasure.

This is the second Crimson resort I have stayed in as many days. Before Borocay now Cebu. The difference in personal attention was noticeable. I hope that was not because I was staying in a villa rather than a room. The resort is beautiful and the details amazing. A very happy stay here albeit brief.

I was 2 nights in here. During staying, every staff were saying hello to us and showing their kindness always. Especially Mica, Shan and Marvie in Saffron were very kind and show us bright grin. So thanks a lot.

Just spent 5 nights at the Crimson resort in Cebu. The staff is the best, everyone is so friendly and helpful. My wife was attending a conference, so I spent my days on my own at the resort. She injured her knee at the conference and they went out of their way to help her, supplying a wheelchair, transporting her on golf carts, and helping her whenever needed.

The breakfast buffet is excellent with varied foods. The baked goods are exceptional. I went to Azure for happy hour and enjoyed their Mangorita (Mango Margarita) and pork gyoza tacos. I suggest the Green Mango Shakes, and homemade ice cream . For our anniversary we ate at Enye there in house Michelin Select restaurant and ate their fixed menu dinner (Spanish Filipino fusion. Only on Friday). Reasonably priced excellent experience with the Chefs coming out to explain each dish.

I took advantage of the free snorkeling (lots of fish to see), gym, and Crimzone (games and facilities for kids).

We got to see the signature rooms which are going to be available soon. They are really amazing and can’t wait to stay in one on our next visit.

We stayed at Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan for 4 days and 3 nights, and everything about our stay was amazing. From the food to the rooms, amenities, and especially the staff, it truly felt like a complete and stress-free vacation. The resort has such a cozy, relaxing, and chill atmosphere that you really never want to leave.

The food was excellent, from the breakfast buffet to AKA, which was the only restaurant we tried during our stay, but it was more than worth it. Every dish was delicious and well prepared.

During breakfast, we would love to give a special shoutout to Procs and Louise, who were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful, especially toward our baby girl. They always made sure to check on us, asked how we were doing, and what we needed. What we appreciated most was how they never forgot to say hi to our baby, even when they were busy. Their warmth and attentiveness made our breakfast experience easier, more fun, and even more enjoyable.

We also loved the activities offered by the resort. I joined a basic samba steps class, which was so much fun! It was held at Crimzone, where our baby also had the chance to play in their indoor playground, such a great setup for families traveling with little ones.

There was a small hiccup when we requested a golf cart and ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes due to a miscommunication. However, this happened during check-in time when everyone was understandably busy, so it was completely understandable. What truly made up for it was the foam party at the pool, it was incredibly fun and brought everything back to perfection.

Overall, Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan is a true 5-star experience and perfect for a staycation. Everything is complete, from the food and rooms to the activities and service. Cozy, delicious, relaxing, and very chill. We had a perfect stay and can’t wait to come back!

The whole facility was very welcoming, genuinely attentive, respectful in everyway and with lots of smiling faces among employees and guests. The only thing that they could not control were the occasional light rain and some dark clouds.
