Brilliant
Pros:

The apartment is very spacious & has all the kitchen items you might need. Towels were regularly changed & pool towels also provided. Ample sized bedrooms with comfortable beds & pillows. Air conditioning in each room & very secure & safe. Pools were gorgeous & kids really enjoyed it!! Restaurant is also very accommodating & food is delicious 😋

Cons:

The walk from pool to our apartment was on a hill & was grand for us, but for people with buggies etc it would have been annoying I think. Going to the pool needed a bit of planning. Pool was great but became more crowded as more guests arrived later in the week.

Best Place Ever
Pros:

Perfect in every way. Great wifi, excellent clean, quiet and interesting place with access to local shops, stores, beaches, Lagos, Faro, etc... I want to buy one of these!!!!

Pros:

Zona tranquila y silenciosa, vivienda grande con una climatización espectacular, recinto cuidado, fachadas, exterior e interior cuidado, zona de piscinas amplia.

Cons:

Los aparatos exteriores del aire acondicionado estaban en las terrazas, hacían ruido cuando estabas fuera y estéticamente los nuestros estaban feos, oxidados, todos los baños tenían bañera, solo había uno con ducha, y la cocina aunque bien equipada, no era nada moderna. La zona de piscina por lo general un poco descuidada, pero por culpa de la gente que es una guarra y deja la basura tirada.

Family vacation in Luz
Pros:

Visited with family for summer vacation and had a lovely time. The apartment was clean, comfortable, with fully appointed kitchen and appliances. Great location with pool and walking distance to the beach and restaurants in town. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Good accommodation with the best staff
Pros:

Great location, spotless and the staff are its main asset, so friendly and helpful. The pool bar is great for food and drinks and inexpensive.

Cons:

We’ve been many times and love the place but the duplex we got this time was a bit tired, the beds were a little uncomfortable and as it’s obviously someone’s holiday home many of their items were in the cupboards which limited our storage space.

Great complex
Pros:

Went to resort as base for a local wedding party. Very suitable venue. Staff friendly, restaurant venue and pool worked well. Apartment spacious, well equipped and very clean.

Good location, good facilities, room not toddlers friendly spoiled stay

Close beach , 10 mins
Quiet area
Ideal to walk to pool and bar

Cons:

We had a toddler which was clear in booking, tv easily pulled over onto toddler, not fixed on wall only on a table few inches off floor
Also glass gloves in bedrooms for lights, again at floor level dangerous as toddler can pick up and throw

And Ants …. Hundreds , had keep going buy ant powder

Smoke alarm very sensitive to heat , definitely no food burning but as soon as used toaster alarm went off

No lock on bathroom

Bar shut in Tuesday but wasn’t told this at reception so we cudve got drinks good before if we had known

Amazing, fab times with a large group!
Pros:

We had the most amazing stay at these apartments and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Portugal, especially larger groups travelling together. The apartments were incredibly spacious, and the two-bedroom duplex was fantastic — the extra mezzanine floor almost felt like a separate apartment all on its own.

The whole resort was really clean and well maintained, including all of the communal areas, and the location was perfect — only around a five or six minute walk to the beach. The restaurant on site was lovely in the evenings and also great value for money for drinks, snacks, and casual lunches during the day.

The staff were all super helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
Overall, this is a wonderful resort that we’d absolutely recommend to friends and family, and we would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only slight disappointment was that the room cleaning felt a little hit and miss at times, and that would probably be the main area we’d suggest improving.

Perfect for a 1 week stay in June.
Pros:

Excellent apartment and location. Nice swimming Overall, would be very happy to return. Beach a short walk plus all the excellent restaurants in Luz. Very self contained location. Nice walks to Burgau and to Lagos.

Cons:

No real shade available at the pool. (Fixed umbrellas). Could possibly have had additional facilities (indoor pool, sauna) but not essential.
