Had an awesome time in Sapa … will be back again.
Pros:

Loved everything about this hotel .They prepared a room with all the extras as we were celebrating our anniversary. Views of the mountains with balconies… , a coffee machine in our room , cookies and dried fruit together with wine. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to the tourist attractions.

Cons:

Liked everything about this hotel.

Great place for staying in Sapa
Pros:

The staff are super friendly and helpful. They really looked after us. Location was good, close to everything yet very quiet. The breakfast was really good, with lots of fresh fruit that you can make your own juice. We arrived in Sapa on overnight train and they let us check in at 8am. They also offer free shower before we leave in the afternoon for our train.
Also love the biscuits in the room and free afternoon tea. Everyone is so thoughtful.

Great place, great location
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, the staff were amazing and so friendly. Breakfast was good and lots of choices. The room was fantastic, we had an executive suite with window looking at the mountain. Had drinks at the skybar and they were nice. Special mention to Ms Chau who offered great advise and arranged our trip back to train. She made our stay memorable. We will definitely stay here again when next in Sa Pa.

Cons:

We had no issues at all.

Pros:

Cons:
