The staff made up for everything that did not meet my expectation
Pros:

The breakfast was quite good. The hotel is new and offer a level of comfort to the guests. What makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. All of them are very responsive, courteous, and very obliging. They are not afraid to go the extra mile for the guests. The owner should value them. Tom was really very service-oriented. The Manager at the reception was really nice in a very professional way . I think these staff are gems.

Cons:

I do like the owner's policy. The owner is very inflexible. I accidentally made a double booking.. The owner did not offer a refund. I would expect that they should at least offer some form of service (e.g., drinks at the bar or free transportation to the airport as a good gesture. It;s a pity because the hotel has great staff who is perhaps the ones carrying the brand for them.

Good location, nice room, clean

Cons:

Room air conditioner only had “fan” and “heat” settings. We were staying at Christmas over a cooler period, but even then it was way too hot and stuffy to sleep. We had to ask reception three times before they thought to turn floor heating off (controlled by them), and then instead of enabling “cool” setting in the room aircon the Manager David kept explaining how air conditioning works, insisting there was no cool setting. The instructions for the aircon in the room stated it has a “cool” setting. We stayed two nights and slept terribly on both. We opened the balcony door during the day for reprieve, but it’s too noisy at night with traffic, beeping and jack hammers in the town below to have it open at night. Very disappointed with our stay for an expensive hotel in Sapa, and with management not solving the issue.

I’d be back only for the views, I’d get breakfast elsewhere!

The location, its cleanliness, and the views from level 8!!!!

Cons:

For such a nice hotel, the breakfast could be so much better. The food was cold one day and there was very little options compared to the other hotel I stayed prior in Sa Pa.

Great location right near the main street but still quiet.
Room a bit on the small side but still completely decent and the shower and other facilities were great, bed, pillows and sheets were very comfy.

Cons:

Balcony is rather small, don't know about the View because it was foggy.
