The Hotel and Room is fabulous and the staff make you feel so very welcome.
Pros:

The corner room with Mountain View was worth the little bit extra - wow wow wow. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. A particular mention for Wendy on reception who was not only efficient but also customer focused. She was keen to practice her English and went out of her way to help whenever we spoke with her. Leon on reception was also so very helpful.

Pros:

The staff were amazing. I am not good with names so I can not remember all of them but Wendy and the other two at the counter went out of there way to help with everything. Ever as we were leaving the man tried to organise us getting dropped off at another hotel.
Thank you to the friendly staff

Cons:

The main thing was what a lot of hotels are doing is putting a cooler in the room instead of a fridge so you can not have a cold drink or put food in it
One other thing maybe not have set menu's for dinner

Pros:

Hotel très agréable avec un personnel efficace et très serviable notamment Léon à l'accueil qui nous a très bien renseigné et qui a géré le transfert de Bac Ha à Nin Binh très rapidement.
Les chambres sont très confortables et les salles de bains également.
Très belle douche.

Pros:

Le personnel était au petit soin, la chambre était déjà prête à notre arrivée à midi et on a été surclassés 🤩 la chambre était incroyable et la vue sublime sur la vallée et les montagnes de Sapa ! La tête dans les nuages sans vis à vis, en plein dans le centre animé de la ville ! Petit déjeuner très bien au 9eme étage.

Excelente opção para Sapa!
Pros:

Excelente opção na cidade de Sapa, hotel muito bem localizado, todo reformado, os quartos são espaçosos, o café da manha muito diversificado. Camas confortáveis, quarto limpo, boa internet. Apesar de bem central o quarto era bem silencioso. A equipe é muito amável.

Não teve nada que nos desagradasse, foi tudo muito bom.

Pros:

Location, location, location. I loved that it's in the center of the city, but far from the chaos of downtown. Service was great. Staff was very nice and attentive. Loved the afternoon tea service. And the restaurant serves a great menu.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Sapa. It’s a new property, everything was very clean and well taken care of, and our room had a lovely balcony with a great view of the mountains and the town.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, especially Wendy. She made a big difference during our stay, gave us useful tips about the city, explained how to get around, and was always ready to help with any questions. Even outside of her working hours, she stayed in touch and supported us, which we truly appreciated.

Wendy is warm, attentive, and very professional, it was a pleasure interacting with her.

Breakfast was great as well, with plenty of options to choose from. The restaurant also offers a beautiful view, which made the mornings even better.

Would definitely recommend staying here!
