Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Sapa. It’s a new property, everything was very clean and well taken care of, and our room had a lovely balcony with a great view of the mountains and the town.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, especially Wendy. She made a big difference during our stay, gave us useful tips about the city, explained how to get around, and was always ready to help with any questions. Even outside of her working hours, she stayed in touch and supported us, which we truly appreciated.

Wendy is warm, attentive, and very professional, it was a pleasure interacting with her.

Breakfast was great as well, with plenty of options to choose from. The restaurant also offers a beautiful view, which made the mornings even better.

Would definitely recommend staying here!

Pros:

Great hotel with a warm atmosphere. The food was excellent and always freshly replenished. The top‑floor restaurant offers a stunning view. Soft, comfortable beds and very friendly, helpful staff. A fantastic stay overall.

Pros:

Bestes Hotel unserer 4-wöchigen Vietnam Reise. Gute, relativ ruhige Lage. Gute Betten und Dusche, nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mir viel Auswahl.
Zentrale Lage zu Restaurants und auch um zum Fansipan zu fahren.

Cons:

Etwas kleiner Balkon, auch das Zimmer hätte etwas mehr Platz haben dürfen aber es war OK.

Wonderful small hotel that punches above its weight class
Pros:

Location is as perfect as it gets: The hotel is right next to the main square but on a quiet dead end side street so no noisy pass through traffic. Walking distance to everywhere unless you’re too tired - easy to order a Grab.

Recently renovated.
Rooms are not particularly spacious but details are very carefully thought thru. Fluffy thick towels, great water pressure, dyson-copycat hairdryers, great mattress and pillows, and separate shower and Wc

Breakfast is wonderful - huge variety of fresh fruit, very good pho, breads, hot cooked food, yogurts.

Staff are also wonderful - helpful, warm, knowledgeable, helped us get alternative transport back to Hanoi when all the main limo vans were full.

For a small fee, they also take all credit cards incl Amex

Great value overall.

Breakfast was really wonderful except the coffee, beans are too bitter

Fantastic hotel in a great location

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. An der Rezeption bekamen wir bereits Tipps für Ausflüge in und um Sapa.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Das Zimmer super schön. Obwohl wir mitten in Sapa Zentrum sind, liegt das Hotel sehr ruhig abseits dem Trubel von Sapa.
Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant ist sehr gut und als Gäste des Hotels bekommt man 50% Rabatt aufs Essen.

Belle expérience à Sapa.
Pros:

Très bon accueil. Personnel très serviable, notamment Wendy à l'accueil. Hôtel décoré et meublé avec goût, et idéalement situé. Chambre très bien équipée et spacieuse avec vue sur la montagne. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque et extrêmement varié ds une salle belle et confortable.

Un très bel hôtel en plein centre de Sapa
Pros:

L’hôtel est très soigné et mérite ses étoiles. Le personnel très prévenant, les chambres grandes et bien équipées. L’emplacement est très central mais c’est plutôt calme car dans une rue peu passante. Très bon petit déjeuner aussi.

Cons:

Rien, on aurait bien voulu profiter de la vue sur la Fansipan mais trop de nuages

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Personal war wirklich sehr bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir haben ein gratis Zimmerupgrade für unsere Flitterwochen bekommen, wir wurden schon früh morgens in unser Zimmer gelassen, als wir mit dem Nachtzug ankamen und es gab 17 Uhr immer einen gratis Tee mit Keksen aufs Zimmer. Das war wirklich sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Das Frühstück entspricht nicht ganz dem Niveau das das Hotel sonst anstrebt, aber es ist akzeptabel.
