Just chill and relax!
Pros:

A nice older hotel where everything was in order, maintained and clean. Ms. Tu from the front desk was always nice and helpful. Quiet neighborhood with restaurants and grocery store. I will be back!
(And no mold, which is often a problem in hotels and homes in Da Nang :))

I can't find anything.

Cons:

Left after one night because it was absolutely filthy. The mould ridden walls were literally crumbling from years of moisture, cigarette smoke and neglect. The bathroom door couldn't close, the chairs in the room were absolutely filthy and it was just all around very unpleasant. Desperately needs a renovation.

Το προσωπικό ανταποκρινόταν στα βασικά και μόνο.

Было чисто. Каждый день меняли полотенца. Довольно тихо. Удобная постель.

Довольно дорого для этой цены и расположения. На второй день не работал интернет.

I would stay here again it was good value for money
Pros:

The room was spacious. Very clean. Nice shower and bed was comfortable

Cons:

There weren’t many places to get breakfast nearby. A couple of very nice bakeries and places to get coffee

Pros:

The receptionist the second day was nice to me and he let me borrow the toilet several times after I checked out.

Cons:

They gave me a room infested with toxic mole, I could recognize the smell because I have lived with it before and the smell is unforgettable, also it was visible. I did not spend one second in the room because I know how dangerous it is, so I ended up sleeping on the balcony and I spent all my day on the balcony. Also I realized it is probably just the one room and they still rent it out and out of all their customers they singled out me for the bad room and I felt like that made it extra cruel.
