I had to cancel my reservation when I was already there. I couldn’t stay.
Pros:

It’s not like in the photos at all. It smelled cigarette in the hallway. And it’s too expensive for what it actually is.

Pros:

I slept like a baby. All other guests were also nice and respectful of quiet hours. The hotel offers cleaning services every day. Close to Premium village beach, one of the best in Da Nang. Highly recommended to solo travelers.

Pros:

Very nice hotel. At first glance it seemed to me a bit old and shabby. But in fact the design of the hotel is very well thought out with peculiar details in its interior. Besides the location is really good, a lot of coffee shops, cafes, spa centres nearby. About 5 mins away of walking from the market where one can have really cheap food. And the beach is nit far. Totally recommend.

auf Booking heisst es: am Strand, und ich verlasse mich auf solche Angaben, das war aber nicht der Fall. Der Strand war sicherlich 1 bis 2 Kilometer entfernt und nicht vom Hotel aus zu sehen.
Prüft Booking denn die Angaben der Hotels nicht auf Korrektheit?

Just chill and relax!
Pros:

A nice older hotel where everything was in order, maintained and clean. Ms. Tu from the front desk was always nice and helpful. Quiet neighborhood with restaurants and grocery store. I will be back!
(And no mold, which is often a problem in hotels and homes in Da Nang :))

Πάρα πολύ βρώμικο, λερωμένα σεντόνια, βρώμικο πάτωμα και τοίχοι, ποτήρια με καφέ λεκέδες μέσα.
Το προσωπικό ανταποκρινόταν στα βασικά και μόνο.

Cons:

Left after one night because it was absolutely filthy. The mould ridden walls were literally crumbling from years of moisture, cigarette smoke and neglect. The bathroom door couldn't close, the chairs in the room were absolutely filthy and it was just all around very unpleasant. Desperately needs a renovation.
