Pros:

A great location with some rooms offering views of Windsor Castle

Cons:

Rooms are dark and seem to have "mood" lighting which is great if your mood is "I dont want to see anything"

Pros:

Dean the concierge was amazing. He was the first person we met at the private, secure car park. He was polite, kind and gracious. He spent time to talk to us and rememberd us throughout our stay. He is a real credit to the hotel. All staff were respectful and informative. Amazing location. Rooms were clean, bed very comfortable, facilities were great. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

The guiness was from a can not on tap.

Pros:

Well located within the city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was quite spacious with a very large and comfy bed. Nice reception and bar area.

Cons:

Thought the room (318) was a little expensive for what it was, the extractor fan above the shower was dusty as was the lights around the wash basin. our view was overlooking other rooms and it was looking a bit tired and in need of a revamp. Parking at the hotel was also expensive.

Great location, lovely staff.
Pros:

Location and facilities, rooms spacious and stylish

Cons:

Lighting too dark, 1 of our rooms smelled of sewage if you didn’t keep the basin plug closed, 301. Housekeepers had not replenished the coffee or biscuits and bath mat wasn’t clean. Room 302 was perfect

Rooms are not great they are ok but basic and my sink plug was stuck. The bathroom in room 420 needs to be ripped out and replaced. The menus for breakfast state that we will be served toast coffee or tea + a selection of freshly cooked meal options. However , there is a warm and cold buffet and when I entered the room that is what I was told was the breakfast- I then tried the food but it was under cooked and lukewarm so when I complained I was offered a freshly cooked breakfast which I accepted and was then advised I could have ordered this in the beginning!!!
