Prime position. Overall good stay. Would stay again.

Cons:

Poor breakfast offering for large hotel. Asked for decaf cappuccino as wasn’t in machine- told £4 extra!
Came back to hotel to collect belongings before checking out & the sofa had already been made up as a double bed for next occupants!

Disappointing Short Stay
Pros:

I like doing meetings in Windsor, it’s pretty convenient for my clients and myself

Cons:

The Bar had no delivery of sparkling water ! Only soda water , honestly ?
Not good start.
The bar menu was appalling - how difficult to put healthy salads with additional protein choices on?
The Reception staff took so long to check me in, not smiling and cold, unapproachable, no customer service engagement and staff talking at the front desk when guests are checking in
Just unacceptable hospitality standards.
The room location and view was nice,
The amenities so basic
No bathrobe
No body lotion, toothbrush, cotton wool pads, cotton buds
2 coffee pods not even a decaf

I notice every detail because of my work

Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang, Klimanalage, gutes wlan. Sehr zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war leider recht abgenutzt. Die Tür der Minibar fiel beim Öffnen aus der Angel. Es war recht dunkel im Zimmer, es lag zum Hinterhof. Das Bett war recht schmal für 2 Personen

The fact that it was very close to Windsor Castle and all amenities were close by was just excellent.

We were attending a kings award for my best friend at the Windsor castle, which was presented by King Charles.
