The location is fantastic and despite being in the centre of Windsor, the rooms are quiet. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious.
Nothing not to like! Limited facilities (ie no gym/spa) but it’s a fantastic place for a night or two in Windsor.
It’s was a good location, as we were going to Legoland, so wasn’t far to travel for the night.

One blind was broken. The shower was too tight to turn on. We had to use a towel.

The location was excellent. The room was larger than expected. The bed was good.
The bathroom. While a relatively large room, the shower was a problem. It was located in a bath and when you had a shower due to the location of the shower head and the glass not being fixed properly, you had water spraying all over the room.
The location was fabulous being right next to the castle and walking around the city, as well, the guard marched right past the hotel. They also made excellent Espresso Margaritas
It was a little noise at night and couldn't leave the balcony door open. There were also lots of souvener shops around the hotel - which was a good and bad thing, as lots of people were always around.
