I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Very comfortable rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and an excellent location just steps from the town’s main attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience relaxing and enjoyable.

24-hodinová recepce. V hotelu jsme přespali nouzově poté, co byl náš let zrušen po půlnoci nebylo možné sehnat bližší volné ubytování.
Přestože jsme měli mít pokoj s ubytováním pro našeho syna v ceně, dostali jsme pokoj bez přistýlky se 140cm širokou postelí.
Cena byla velmi vysoká s ohledem na kvalitu a umístění.

The reception keep your car keys and that’s it. Everything else was great.
The hotel in the centre of the town allows you to do everything on foot and enjoy the warm, authentic and charming atmosphere of Windsor. We had a lovely time with all the family. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. We particularly appreciated the quality of the service and the team who was very attentive with us. Special thanks to Mudit! A very nice address in Windsor, which we will recoommend without hesitation and where we will return very soon.

Nothing negative to say, everything about this hotel is exceptional. The attention to detail in every space, the staff, and the food are all outstanding. A truly four star experience from start to finish. Pure class. Thank you again.
Great location and great staff. Secure car park
Room could do with updating. Shower not that clean
We booked this last minute for a Saturday night. We were able to park our car very securely in the hotel basement. Bit expensive but very convenient. We were very pleased with the room. Very spacious and well decorated. TV was dissapointing, quite old and poor picture. On arrival there were some empty bottles and glasses on the corridor outside our door even though housekeeping were present on the floor. Overall the room was very comfortable and clean enough but could be cleaner. The taps in the bathroom and the walk in shower could do with the scale being cleaned off and the floor lamp base could do with a wipe. Unusually there was only one of each towel in the bathroom so I spoke to reception who told me the other towels were in the wardrobe. Really found this strange and have never seen this anywhere.
We had dinner booked which was disappointing. The restaurant was almost empty. The menu is extremely limited and the food was very average. Although quite edible it wasnt the best quality and clearly pre-prepared and the chips were out of a bag. Sweet was Ok but again was pre made. Breakfast was an OK quality but a very poor selection for a 4 star hotel.
Service in the hotel was very good. I would recommend staying here but not the dining. In fact we have rebooked for later in the year but will not be having breakfast or dinner there. Windsor has an abundance of better places to eat.
Take away the location and you are left with an over-priced, dated (not in a charming way) poorly maintained hotel. Service is not exactly welcoming either, Ridiculously small lift.
Good location to visit Windsor.
