Accessing the carpark
It was extremely nice right from the entrance through to wherever you went.
There was nothing to dislike.
The space, it was a huge apartment with plenty of room for our large family group. The linen on the beds and the towels were of a good quality.
It was a shame that the coffee machine had an error code on it, we love fresh coffee and it would of been amazing. Maybe another toilet roll or two would of been helpful.

This was my second stay, and I originally chose to return because our previous experience was wonderful. The location near public transport and the adventure park and the overall concept of staying in a safari-style property were great, and my children especially enjoyed the experience of seeing the animals from the room during our previous visit.
Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. We booked the room for a family of two adults and three children, but the family room felt far too small for five people. The air conditioning also did not adequately reach the children’s bunk-bed area, leaving them uncomfortable while the adults’ sleeping area was cooler. What was most disappointing was how our concerns were handled by the staff. We expected a more mature and understanding response when raising these issues, but unfortunately we did not feel that our concerns were taken seriously or handled professionally. Having returned for a second stay because of our excellent previous experience, this year’s experience was a major disappointment.

The location we really good, the bed was really comfy and the room was very spacious and clean.
There was nothing that we did not like, we will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Windsor.

The facility was very nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was great.
The staff was not very friendly at all, well the lady that checked me out this morning was nice. The other staff both at the front desk and dining room were not very friendly and somewhat rude.
