Pros:

Top Lage, Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Zimmer mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt in Windsor braucht. Zimmer sind klimatisiert, was besonders im Sommer angenehm ist.

Lovely and convenient
Pros:

Huge room, very comfortable. Shower and separate bath. View of street, castle and shops.

Cons:

Parking garage requires staff assistance. Not convenient when staff forgets to assist and is argumentative. *only once

Pros:

The food in the restaurant was good, particularly dinner.
The hotel was very convenient for the event at the castle- the reason for the visit.

Cons:

Reception really seemed to be inefficient.
Some language difficulties early on.
The first evening the bar and restaurant were seriously understaffed.
Sometimes Faulty Towers came to mind!

Loved the location and would definitely return.

Cons:

Contacting reception to gain access to car park was difficult, took a long time and was inefficient.
Room was too hot and air conditioning did not work efficiently
Pillowcases did not even fit the pillows which was not pleasant from a hygiene perspective
No vanity kit in bathroom

Brilliant location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff.
Pros:

Super location and friendly helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and lovely decor throughout the hotel. The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The only thing that I didn't like was that to order room service you had to use a mobile phone, and there was no network coverage in the room, so I had to go to reception.
