This hotel had very few of the amenities advertised. NO PHONE IN ROOM, TV Did not work, no hair dryer. And the front desk did not answer numerous calls I got so frustrated I left early. I had 4 pixelated channels on day 2 in the afternoon of my stay.
The a/c was set on 65 and floor was moist. The staff was nice and tried to work with what they were given by what I am sure is a bad management team. Needless to say I took an early flight and fled
Leak above the bed and dirty bed sheets. Bugs. I appreciate them administering a refund and being understanding we could not stay in a room like that
