The TEAM Makes It a Great Place to Stay!
Pros:

The TEAM made it a wonderful stay! A pleasant ambiance was enhanced by a truly caring and professional team. Leandra checked me in with efficiency and kindness. She scheduled my shuttle for the next day and offered any additional help I needed. She is a bright light on the front desk! Khalil was also kind and professional and offered cheerful assistance. In the morning, Tina made the breakfast experience a great way to start the day.

Pros:

The location was excellent with a free shuttle anywhere within 5 miles of we initially used it for back and forth to RDU airport but when we got delayed we rebooked a night (super friendly, empathetic, and helpful staff) and later that night used the shuttle again to hit target and a pizza place for dinner. Lived the hot tub as an added bonus!

Excellent for the category it is in.

Superb stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The room was lovely and the breakfast was extensive and delicious. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful, especially Kelli and Joy at the front desk.

I really enjoyed my stay, I can tell the owner cares and keeps a tight ship.
Pros:

Loved how clean this hotel was. The staff for the most part were super friendly and helpful. The location was great for shopping, dinning and getting on the interstate. So many options for topping for the yogurt/oatmeal at their free breakfast. Plenty of free bottles of water upfront and in the fitness room. Temperature in halls and elevators perfect

Cons:

One staff member was going back and forth with me but cleared it up quickly, one morning the breakfast attendant needed call of attention as she was socializing with the front desk clerk. The breakfast was the same every morning (several night stay) the hot tub became over work and the jets unusable. A family the night before stayed in the hot tub longer than regulations allotted which presumably made the hot tub there after difficult to use in its intended manner. If staff kept a says on usage, this would have been prevented. Elevators seemed to take a long time even tho they stay rate was low. It’s January and there was “fall” decor. All small things but wanted to notate

Great stay
Pros:

Joy at the front desk is a joy. We were traveling with a big group of family and she made sure we were all at the same hotel. She was friendly and conscientious and made our night at the hotel so pleasant. Thank you Joy!

Surprised
Pros:

The hotel and facilities are nice. It was the surprises that I didn't like. I did not know they would not clean my room for a two-night stay. I did not know I had to go to the hotel next door for my breakfast. I forgot to bring my phone charger, and the front desk was of no help to me. The location is great. The room comfortable and quiet.
