Ready for sleep
Pros:

The helpful and friendly front desk at check in. We had a long day of flights and airport layover. We were very tired.

Cons:

No ice or vending on our floor.

Pros:

Breakfast was good and the kitchen staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The front desk staff .. No smiles . The two ladies had a stern and mean look and just were not friendly. Poor customer service acted like they were been bothered . Very unapproachable .

It's was okay, the rooms were older and the pool was small. A kid went to the restroom in the pool and they closed it down for 24-72 hours

I believe that you will not be disappointed!
Pros:

Joy and her team made us feel welcome. They offered Graduation and Mother’s Day gifts. I have never experienced this at any hotel.
I appreciate the turkey sausage option, because all don’t eat pork.

Pros:

I enjoy the breakfast choices, swimming pool, and fitness center. I love that they have magazines around so you can see what's going on in durham. In a quiet area and no loud noises. Front desk are very nice and always smiling.

Cons:

Housekeeping doesn't come around unless asked. At least that was for me. Other than that, I loved it.

Great option, great staff!
Pros:

Staff was incredibly helpful and patient while dealing with our large group of travelers. Breakfast was also solid with plenty of options, rooms were clean and had no difficulties. Overall in a quiet, but convenient location. Would definitely stay here again, and again thank you to the staff!

Great experience
Pros:

The location is fantastic and close to restaurants and airport. The bed in the room was exceptional and the staff, Joy who helped us, was very helpful, friendly, and considerate. She made the experience wonderful.
