La chambre est petite mais avec plein de petite détail qui fait que ça suffit. ( présence d'après shampoing notamment, fontaine à eau dans le couloir...)
Its good place to stay for family. Complete with kitchen amenities and complementary laundry. The bathroom is big.
The stairs of the loft is too steep. Dangerous for kids and elderly. A bit dark because the lights are too high.
Location, cleanliness, free laundry, comfortable rooms...
We got everything we needed at reasonable price.
Location is very good. MRT is less than 3 min walk away. There are a lot of late night food options in the area. The room is comfortable and hotel is thoughtfully designed.
Steps to loft level are too small. A bit dangerous to go down.
Not the same as the reviews.
Zero sound proofing. Small rooms.
Blinds where bad. Lots of light pollution.
Bad for sleep.
We took one Studio Loft and one Junior Studio Loft. Both were well-sized and comfortable.
The loft takes the bed on a higher floor. The space is cozy, functional. Storage area is sufficient and the toilets were nice. Interior is homely and beautiful.
NOTE: booking.com didn't give us the option of two rates instead charged single rate for both rooms. This, I felt, was a transparency issue.
1. Booking.com charged higher than what the hotel site gave
2. We didn't get proper house-keeping despite notifying them on 9th and 10th twice. They made the bed, cleaned the room, but left the bathroom untouched hence we came back to a wet, slightly messy bathroom most of the days.
Lokatie & faciliteiten waren top
Kamers compact.
Location & facilities in the room, the room is very big.
I would suggest to provide room shoes, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste.
Very nice bed!!!
Close to mrt.
We were really happy to discover that the hotel had a free laundry room for guests, as we'd been traveling for three days and had accumulated quite a few dirty clothes. We also liked the use of glass water bottles and the provision of both still and carbonated water from central taps (though it would have been nice to have those on each floor; we needed to go downstairs every time we needed more water).
The location is excellent (especially if you like Indian food...) It's very lively and distinctive. There are three subway stations within easy walking distance, and several malls with food centers.
The bed was comfortable. The toilet, sink and shower facilities worked well although the bathroom is hidden behind a heavy wooden door that is a pain to open.
The first room we were given was horrible. There was nothing but a bed and bathroom, with no other furniture. No space or surfaces to open our suitcases or get organized at all. We would have had to squeeze past one another just to get to the bathroom. For the price we paid, this was simply unacceptable. When I complained to the desk clerk (I was ready to leave despite having pre-paid), he very helpfully upgraded us to a much nicer and more practical space. Still, overall the hotel is rather precious and seems to sacrifice comfort and efficiency for fancy design. Lots of attractive wood, for example, but totally irrational and confusing light switches.
The hotel makes a big deal about "sustainability", providing refillable water bottles and urging guests to decide whether sheets and towels need to be changed. Given this, I was surprised (and annoyed) to discover that the room did not have the feature so common in Asian hotels, namely, a slot where you put the key card to turn all the electricity in the room on and off. Thus, if we didn't manually turn off the lights or the aircon, it stayed on when we left the room. I don't call that sustainable!
