Very nice waterfront property, despite the big quantities of seaweed.
Pros:

A reasonably priced property right on the waterfront in almost central San Pedro. The bar is very nice. The staff is very nice, the place has a very good vibe. Villa one where they moved us to, had a nice breeze and a nice location looking over the water.

Cons:

The sargassum seaweed situation in the beginning of July was pretty horrifying. This was not something that the resort could do anything about. They were cleaning their waterfront, but the neighboring two properties were not cleaning their waterfront. Regardless, it was impossible to clean the amount of seaweed that came in every day. The seaweed also had a bad smell. I felt bad for the property because you could see that they didn’t have the usual number of guests. The sargassum seaweed is really affecting all of Belize. The staff was well, very helpful by moving us to move to a far corner of the property where we could not smell the seaweed that strongly.

Meh. Could be worse, could be better
Cons:

Needed updated, not swimmable, blankets are very thin, walls are even thinner. You can hear everything! Hotel hosted a pool party for local kids which made facilities non-usable for a full day.

My overall rating would be a 5/10. It was not the best but not the worst either.
Pros:

Food was good. The staff was wonderful and the loacation was perfect!

Cons:

Cleanliness was not their top priority. They did the very bare minimum when it came to that. The room had a stuffy mold like smell and much smaller than we imagined. The pics on the website could definitely be deceiving! The tv in the room was very small; it's good we were out most times and too tired to watch anything when we came back. The sargassum seaweed over ran the entire beach and coastal area (seasonal) so we couldn't enjoy the beach by the hotel. The smell from the piled up sargassum was very overwhelming at some points, earliest in the morning especially.

Grosses Zimmer und zuvorkommendes Personal. Man kann am Strand nach bis ins Zentrum spatzieren.
