Posizione ottima, non sulla strada ma in un cortile, così che resta silenziosa.
Personale gentile; piscina grande e pulita con bar. Colazione a buffet abbondante e vario.

I like this hotel. It’s old school SE Asia. The breakfast buffet is always full of great options to load up on before heading out to the Angkor sites. The staff are very friendly, and if you feel like just getting out of your room but not leaving the hotel, the lobby is really comfortable and the pool is nice.
Wonderful hotel and will stay here again first choice. Just wish they would leave the sheets on the bed fit more than one day as requested

シェリムアップはとても暑くエアコンなしでは寝られない。
当初予約した別のホテルのエアコンの効きが悪く寝られない始末。ガイドの紹介で教えてもらったこのホテルは大正解でした。
Location, location, location. Safe, quiet, convenient. Easy access to laundry and massage services. Good breakfasts, fantastic staff.

Food was sub par but the staff were friendly
I selected this out of an emergency that I had because it is listed as providing transportation to and from the airport as "free shuttle service". This is not true. It's outdated pre-Covid information. I suggest that Expedia update this listing.

Seul petit point negatif mais pas grave du tout : internet passe mal dans les chambres, il faut aller au lobby ou au bar ou au bord de la piscine, ce qui n est pas forcement desagreable !
先ずホテルへ空港への迎えをメールのやり取りでお願いしていたのに迎えは来ておらずドライバーに連絡してから1時間も空港で待ったが迎えは来なかった。
自力でホテルへ向かいチェックインして迎えの事を抗議するとホテルに電話してくれと言われメールの内容を見せてドライバーへ連絡しろと書いてあると説明したらようやく謝罪した。
部屋へ入りテレビを点けたらテレビも映らずフロントへ行き確認してもらうと直せない明日か明後日に直るかも？翌日にフロントで同じくテレビが映らないと言ったら全部屋だと言われた。状況の説明は無く結局滞在中の4日間映らなかった。
2日目の夜に3度の停電でエアコンも使えず窓を開けて寝ると蚊に刺される。その時にレセプションも無くホテルのスタッフもフロントには居らず謝罪も説明もない。翌朝フロントで傘を借りた時に笑いながら暑かった部屋だなぁ！って言う始末。
チェックアウト時に部屋の確認をするから3分待ってと言われたがイヤホンを部屋に忘れたが本当にチェックしたのか疑問？
これは忘れた俺も悪と思う。
帰国時にホテルから空港への送迎をしてくれる約束だったはずなのにフロントでの引き継ぎは出来てなかった。そしてフロントの女性も男性マネージャー？も凄く嫌な顔をして渋々トゥクトゥクを依頼してくれたが、そのトゥクトゥクの運転手も空港の敷地外（車の出口）で降ろされて指をさしてあそこが入口だと言って降ろされた。
このホテルはホスピタリティーは無いです。
しかも自分のホテルの失態も謝りません。
良い点はルームクリーニングのスタッフは必ず笑顔で挨拶してくれるし部屋の清掃を頼んだら直ぐに清掃してくれた。
朝ご飯は最終日しか食べなかったが普通に美味しかったし卵を焼いてくれるスタッフも笑顔で対応してくれた。
パブストリートの近くですが一筋通りに入っているため静かで感じのいいホテルです。スタッフも感じよく、気持ちよく過ごせました。ただ、エアコンから水がボトボト落ちておりました。下に荷物を置かなければ問題ないですし、私は特に気になりませんでした。次回も利用したいです。
