Pros:

The staff were great , helpful and polite friendly and the breakfast was lovely waitress service and nicely cooked .

Cons:

Room was a little cold as outside was freezing but didn't mention it , I am sure they would of cranked it up , I would stay again.

Pros:

Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfast, free onsite parking, which is a real bonus in Exeter. 20 mins walk to the town centre and 15 mins walk to the quay, great location.

Absolutely wonderful. Didn't want to leave.
Pros:

Our room was a suite which I hadn't expected. It was beautifully clean and spacious, with a huge bathroom, chairs, a fridge, sink and microwave. The bed was cosy, the room was cleaned perfectly and the TV gave us the comfort of home. Beautiful art work on the walls and lots of storage for luggage.

Breakfast was lovely. Great for gluten free. Could extend to a little later though..

Great parking, free and just outside.

Cons:

Just the later breakfast. Maybe some forks and bowls in the cupboards as well as the spoons and plates.

Really enjoyed our stay and would very happily return

Staff were all very friendly and helpful
The room was very clean and comfortable
We were able to leave the car and either walk into the city or take a bus (the bus stop right outside the hotel)
Breakfast was more than adequate and cooked breakfast was excellent. The breakfast room very well presented
