Spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and bed comfortable.

Cons:

Shower door didnt close fully so water leaked onto floor. Window very high and had to stand on tip toe to operate the blind.

Nice room, decent location with parking, clean, but disappointing breakfast
Pros:

Car parking was very useful
Location fine, walkable to city centre

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't good (e.g. unripe tomato barely cooked, poor sausage, assumed toast would come automatically but didn't, one of us received 1 rasher of bacon another 2)

A pleasant stay.
Pros:

Well positioned for where we wanted to be and clean, lovely shower.

Cons:

The room was very warm even after opening the window, at 06.00 the fan was started for the kitchen which was very noisy which woke us up such a shame, you couldn’t help yourself to coffee, tea or cereal when you came down for breakfast which was a shame also as you had to wait for people to take your order, I felt we were being rushed to finish breakfast, I know it was close to 9am when we came down but !

No soundproofing so you will not sleep unless you’re the last one to bed and a very heavy sleeper. Clean and convenient
Pros:

Location useful for town and free parking very good. Tasty breakfast with very well done eggs and good breakfast quality. Room and bathroom very clean (although drain in shower didn’t work well).

Cons:

None of the positives make up for the fact that it doesn’t deliver the main feature of a hotel, a night’s sleep. Paper thin walls so even my heavy-sleeping husband was kept awake by loud, late-returning fellow guests and someone snoring in another room! All conversation through walls was audible. Also a bland room with no storage and few facilities. No blinds in bathroom to cover window, privacy glass only.

Lovely stay lovely staff beautiful clean and well maintained hotel xx
Pros:

The property was in an ideal position for our journey to Cornwall so a perfect stop over and the journey closer to our destination the next day
The property was easy to find and so lovely and clean and comfortable
