Clean well organised, helpful staff. Please consider upgrading mattresses.
Pros:

Well maintained, staff couldn’t do enough for you. 24 hour reception. Daily clean of rooms.

Cons:

No lift. Have to use stairs to the lowest level rooms. No TV room/bar to socialise and watch the football. Bed felt 50 years old.

Pros:

Clean, well organised, short distance from the quay. Free parking. 24 hour reception

Cons:

The bed could have been more comfortable, mattress felt bumpy. No bar as advertised in description. Would have preferred a self serve buffet breakfast. However it’s very clean and staff are helpful.

Disappointing considering the reviews and the price of the room.
Pros:

Localisation. Also the breakfast was not bad.

Cons:

The room was very hot, the fan they had in the room was very noisy. The room was very small and not worth £177. I was on a second floor (in reality was third), no offers to help with luggage.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Getting in and out was easy, single room was fine but in the hot weather good to have option of a single sheet not just a duvet

Cons:

Breakfast we thought was till 9.30 when arriving at 9.15 was told ended but no option of maybe just a coffee. Also so hot a single sheet as an option would have been good not just a duvet quite expensive £195.00 for single room

Pros:

Good location. Free parking. Comfortable mattress. Fan provided to keep cool. The receptionist was really nice and even helped me upstairs with my bags.

Cons:

A squeeze getting into the car park between two walls. The room was tiny. The bed was narrow. The hotel felt very dated and unkempt.

Pros:

It’s not luxury, but clean, quiet and comfortable and good value. A handy stopover and fairly close to the quay and on into town.

Cons:

The breakfast is good for the money, but not high class.

Rather hot, noisy and uncomfortable, though clean.
Pros:

The room and bathroom were clean and modern

Cons:

Room was very small, at the top of the building in a heatwave so incredibly hot. Opening the windows meant listening to the heavy traffic on the main road until about 2.30am. The fan was very noisy and couldn't really cope with the heat. So no sleep at all.

Great value hotel. Very clean and recently modernized.
Pros:

Free parking, easy access to town, very clean and a great breakfast.

Cons:

Only negative is that It is a bit out of the way to walk into the centre in the evening but this is a much better value (and cleaner) option than the chain hotels closer in.

Welcoming staff, one room was nice. Another dated and needs attention to furniture

Cons:

The breakfast was awful. Under cooked sausage, undercooked hash brown, undercooked tomato. Old bacon. Yea was cheap. Only thing nice was the eggs. Definitely needs improvements

Albergo a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, dotato di ampio parcheggio privato. Le stanze familiari sono affacciate sul parcheggio al piano terra e difettano un po' di privacy, ma sono silenziose. Staza piuttosro ampia e pulita. Ottima la connessione wi-fi

Cons:

Un frigorifero in camera sarebbe stato utile.
