Pros:

It was very functional, super easy.

Cons:

I couldn't operate the shower properly and i took quite a cold shower.

Pros:

Staff friendly, cooked breakfast included, room was clean, smelled fresh and very comfortable. Nice hotel conveniently placed to access A30, we used it to stop over on the way to Cornwall.
Hotel is also near Wendy's, The Range and a Sainsbury's. All in all really excellent. Well presented hotel, excellent value for money.

Perfect stay for a couple of days exploring Exeter. Great location and friendly staff shame about the room sizes and noi

Good location. When our first room was found to be to noisy the hotel staff quickly arranged for us to be moved to a quieter room.
