Great place great location great breakfast and very clean

Pros:

Easy to find and close to town. Was allowed to park before we checked in. Staff all very friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Just a small thing. We stayed in room 16 and there was rather a lot of dust in the top of the radiator. Also the wooden beams and in the top of the bedside light. So am assuming all other radiators must be the same.

Second time of staying, will stay again if visiting Exeter
Pros:

Good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable. Short walk to Exeter Quay for bars, restaurants and water activities. Bus stop outside for town service. Parking facilities good.

Pros:

Consigliatissimo.
Pulito e accogliente.
Buona colazione servita ai tavoli con opzioni senza glutine e vegetariane.
Ho avuto un problema con la prenotazione e mi sono venuti incontro: aspetto importantissimo.

Comfortable one-night stopover spot
Pros:

Check-in was a simple process and there was ample parking. The shower had great water pressure and was easy to use. The hotel is within easy reach of the riverside and city centre.

Cons:

You can hear adjacent rooms quite easily. The road is very loud although to be fair the windows are okay at blocking out the majority of it.

Excellent little hotel in many ways. I would be happy to return.
Pros:

Clean, well decorated, comfortable and premium-feel, good linen, comfy mattress, good towels, good shower (if a little small), decent size of single bed, good breakfast, easy parking, great location. Well run - an efficient operation.

Cons:

Nothing. It surpassed my expectations as often hotels like this can be tired and basic but this was not. They are not set up to accept early check-ins but that’s fair enough. You can still park there early and come back later.

It was ok.
Pros:

First impression spacious room, no ironing facilities, no water to drink-to make coffee or tea, i found previous customers hair on my bedside table. No fridge within the room, yet it rated as a four star hotel. i did asked for a spoon to use for my coffee, the female server told me to use my glasses which i think was very rude. She might be joking, but would she said that to another customer. Overall we survive. I would not go back there or even recommend a friend or family.

Nothing really.

I enjoyed course we did not go abroad this year .
Pros:

It was near town , no hills. Plenty of food places, it was good course there put us in back room saw we didn't ear the traffic. Thank you for that ! Also it was a good idea course we were there for 11 days !

Cons:

There was,not a bar there you could meet people to talk ,.

Pros:

Very smart, clean and fresh. Good breakfast included

Cons:

Steep stairs. Rather hot indoors, although opening the windows helped there was a lot of traffic noise.
Receptionist was not very welcoming and not helpful when we realised booking.com had messed up: we booked a TWIN room and got a DOUBLE, so had to book an extra single. I ended up in a different hotel.
We also had friction over parking. They advertise parking, but it's limited and they have 25 rooms.
The poor attitude spoiled the general impression.
