Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Direkt die Terasse an der Strandpromenade, sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal, schönes Zimmer.
Waren leider nur für eine Nacht, würden aber wieder kommen!

Pros:

Loved the location of the hotel and Bansin as an area. Not as touristy as Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf. But they are both within walking/bicycle distance. The vibe in Bansin is a bit more relaxed. Everything worked really well with our pre-booked parking and the breakfast was really nice.

Zimmer mit Meerblick direkt an der Promenade. Die Mitarbeiterinnen außergewöhnlich freundlich, Kommunikation erstklassig. Spontan wurde ein Tagungsraum für uns zur Verfügung gestellt.

Wir haben uns mit Hund sehr wohl gefühlt , man könnte mehr draus machen!!!
Pros:

Super Zimmer, sehr sauber! Reinigungspersonal perfekt! Traumhafte Strandlage inmitten der Strandpromenade, trotzdem ruhig und entspannt und angenehm! Entspanntes Frühstücken im Freien oder Nachmittags- Snack und sehr lecker ! Personal sehr gut!

Cons:

Aussenfassade müsste neu gemacht werden, runtherum etwas liebevoller gestaltet mit mehr Geschmack (innen geht’s doch auch?) Schlecht Anpreisung an der Aussentafel (Menü???) Schreckt ab! Rezeption sehr unattraktiv!

Pros:

Das Personal wahr außergewöhnlich freundlich. Das Frühstück wahr fabelhaft und die Zimmer waren angenehm hell und sauber.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer nicht klimatisiert und die Lage unseres Zimmers zum Parkplatz des Nachbarhotels war nicht so ideal.

Schön gelegenes Hotel, hohe Unterkunftskosten.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und wird in Buffetform von 07.00 bis 12.00 Uhr aufgestellt.
Das Zimmer (20) war sehr geräumig. Zimmer 19 war etwas enger, genauso wie Zimmer 10. In Zimmer 10 gibt es einen Balkon. Leider konnte man hier die Balkontür nicht anklappen. In allen Zimmern gab es kein Telefon. Alle Zimmer waren mit Meerblick.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man hat direkten Seeblick, ohne dass Bäume stören. Zur Seebrücke sind es ca. 5-8 Gehminuten.
Preislich ist es eine gehobene Klasse.
Restaurants sind in der näheren Umgebung vielfach erreichbar und preisgünstiger.

Cons:

Preislich ist es eher sehr hoch. Ob dies gerechtfertigt ist, mag ich nicht zu bewerten.

Auch für Speisen werden sehr hohe Preise aufgerufen. Hier speist man in der Umgebung preiswerter.

netter Empfang,
sehr aufmerksame Bedienung zum Frühstück,

Cons:

Wünsche wurden nicht umgesetzt 2. Ventilator,
Bedienung am Samstag Nachmittag und am Abend auf der Terrasse, der Gast wird einfach ignoriert, keine Nachfrage ob man etwas möchte, Getränk am Abend ohne Mundeis, das Mundeis ist alle und fertig,

Gutes Hotel mit super Lage an der Ostsee.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Schön möblierte Zimmer. Schönes Badezimmer. Gute Betten. Nettes Personal, was aber nicht weiss was ein Spiegelei ist.

Cons:

Jeden 2. Tag Zimmer putzen wegen der Umwelt. Seh ich leider nicht so. Eher will man Personal sparen um noch grösseren Profit zu machen.
Bei Regen ist der angebotene Parkplatz eine Schlammwiese.
Terrassenmöbel sehr schlechter Zustand.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und ein tolles, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.
Die Aussicht vom Hotel aus war grandios, Meersicht beim Frühstück, so geht Erholung.

Cons:

Die Aufteilung der Räume ist unpassend. Ein riesiges Bad, der Wohnraum jedoch ( wir hatten die Suite zu dritt) verhältnismäßig klein.
