Great property! When we went the weather wasn’t in our favour but they had a great temperature controlled indoor pool that was amazing! Staff was very accommodating and helpful!

Puikus servisas, tik atvykus pasitiko, pasiūlė pavaišinti gėrimais kol regustruos. Pakelė kambario kategorija, tai gavome su nuosavais gultais. Ačiū už tai. Pusryčiai nuostabus,pasirinkimas labai didelis. Visas personalas paslaugus. Kasdien vyksta įvairus užsiemimai, nemokamai daro masažą, vaišina sangrija, vakarais programa su muzika. Kambario patogumas puikus.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff left us a bottle of prosecco and chocolates in our room which was so nice of them! The nightly entertainment was also very good especially the Motown act on Thursday night.

I stayed her two years ago for the first time. Great experience. This time, not so much. Pulled up in my car around 12 15. No one to help me with the luggage. Front desk was more interested in selling me an upgraded room for another 103 euro a night. Was then told check in was at three and they would text me when it was ready.
We sat down in the lobby and then was offered water/sparkling wine. Last time the second I tried to check in they wisked me to a check in the lobby and did the check in right there and offered us water immediately. I received a text at 2:35 that my room was ready. Good thing we left after 15 minutes and had lunch in town. A 5 star hotel would have called housekeeping to ascertain an app. time the room would be ready.
Management should be aware that this is not a HOLIDAY INN!!!!!!!!

Breakfast staff were plentiful but the first two days we ate inside and none asked us if we wanted coffee /tea. The third day we ate outside and was immediately asked if we
wanted coffee or tea. I guess the key is to eat outside. The Buffet breakfast is one of the best I have had anywhere.

This is a beautiful hotel The vast majority of our stay was excellent.

Top Lage, Strand nah, sehr kinderfreundlich und liebevolles Personal. Alles sehr sauber gehalten. Schöne Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer und auf die Stadt.

My stay at Iberostar in Lagos, Portugal was genuinely fantastic from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, and impeccably clean, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind right away.

The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and very well equipped, with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony to enjoy the sunset.

Overall, Iberostar Lagos is a perfect choice whether you’re looking for a relaxing beach holiday or a comfortable base to explore the Algarve. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Love this hotel, staff always very helpful they gave us free upgrade to sea view. Nice bar area with views out to sea, great pool good size and lots of space around. Close to beach just need to walk over the road
