Estadia muito confortável.
Pros:

Conforto do quarto, fizeram up grade vista mar, mas fica muito longe da zona principal.
Pequeno almoço muito completo e de muita qualidade.

Cons:

Pagar estacionamento, mesmo no exterior.
Ter de pagar um extra por uma criança de 3 anos, a dormir na cama dos pais!

Superbe
Pros:

Superbe chambre. Nous avons été surclassé. Les repas etaient excellents. Le lieu très agréable pour marcher. Accès à la plage facile. Personnel très agréable.

Cons:

Le fait que la salle de bain soit trop ouverte sur la chambre. Une seule porte qui ouvre la douche et ferme les toilettes et vice versa. L’animation est situé bizarrement dans le hall d’entrée . Ce n'est pas convivial du tout.

Pros:

Todo, pero si hay algo más destacable es la atención, la amabilidad y la eficiencia del personal. Especialmente Juan y Joshua en el comedor, y la persona que nos hacía la habitación (por desgracia, no sé su nombre), que es excelente.

Cons:

Las obras que están haciendo al lado. Creo que es otro hotel.

Pros:

Très belle chambre avec un immense lit mais un peu dur. La salle de bains avec baignoire dans la chambre est un must.

Cons:

Le service de nettoyage a insisté un jour vers 18 heures pour venir nettoyer la chambre alors que nous y étions présents. Ce fut plutôt désagréable. Autre chose pas très positive : lors du check out, le membre du personnel ne nous a fait aucune demande, même pas pour savoir si nous nous étions plus.

Pobyt w hotelu Iberostar Selection Lagos Algarve był absolutnie wyjątkowy. Jesteśmy zachwyceni jakością obsługi, jedzeniem oraz poziomem czystości – wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie.

Podróżowaliśmy z niemowlakiem i szczególnie doceniamy ciepło, życzliwość oraz troskę, jaką okazała nam obsługa. Dzięki temu czuliśmy się naprawdę komfortowo i swobodnie przez cały pobyt.

Hotel spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania, a nawet je przewyższył. To miejsce tworzone przez ludzi z pasją, co czuć na każdym kroku.

Z ogromną przyjemnością tu wrócimy – wyjeżdżaliśmy z wielkim żalem.

Very disappointing experience with Iberostar.
Pros:

Our stay was marked by significant reductions in services that were advertised as part of the hotel’s family offering. From early November, children’s entertainment, activities, lunch service and pool facilities were either scaled back or not operating in the way promoted at the time of booking. None of this was clearly communicated in advance, meaning we were unable to make an informed decision before travelling.

What has been most frustrating, however, is Iberostar’s response to the complaint, which has now dragged out for over 3 months. Rather than acknowledging that services were materially reduced, their correspondence attempts to reframe the situation as “seasonal adjustments” and suggests this is acceptable based on general wording. That does not reflect the reality of what we experienced.

Service levels during the stay were also poor. Staff were consistently inattentive; we regularly had to chase to place food and drink orders, have tables cleared, or receive basic service, even when the hotel was visibly quiet. Dining was particularly frustrating, with repeated discussions required simply to secure suitable meals for our child (as their reduced menu didn’t cater for children). This is not the level of service expected from a hotel positioned as a premium family resort.

Overall, the experience and the defensive handling of the complaint has left us with no confidence in the brand. We would not return.
