Water zwembad was echt te koud. De zee was warmer.jammer, want in het zwembad zwemmen niet gedaan.😵‍💫

Repas du soir pas très varié sur une durée de 10 jours. Carafe d’eau payante lors du dîner, vu le prix des chambres et de la demi pension cela nous a paru un peu exagéré.

Um hotel que se diga cinco estrelas não pode: 1 - ter as áreas comuns com temperaturas elevadas e sem ar-condicionado; 2 - ter pantufas para o hóspede, mas SÓ se ele pedir, não é default; 3 - um bar (todos) que não sabe fazer um dry-martini, drinque mais que clássico, não pode ser chamado de bar.

Aufpassen muss Iberostar, dass die teils noch von TUI stammenden Möbel nicht in die Jahre kommen. Gleiches trifft für den Terrassenbelag am Hauptpool zu. Der Gärtner sollte es nicht zum vertrocknen von einzelnen Pflanzen kommen lassen. Trotz der vollen Punktzahl: es gibt keinerlei Strandangebot vom Hotel, ausschließlich kleine Privatanbieter mit geringem Standard. Das sollte Iberostar verbessern.

Not many children there, so not as family friendly as expected.

There were no charging outlets near the desk. Door stop in the bathroom was in a horrible place, stubbed my toe twice on it.

I would have liked a non-slip mat in the showers…it was very slippery and we were afraid of falling

- ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage für 8,50 / Nacht . Bei einem 5* Hotel sollte er aber kostenlos sein

Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer war sehr laut. Die Flure nicht klimatisiert.
Das Bett war der Seite zum Bad sehr durchgelegen und die durchgehende Matratze störte.

The lobby was uncomfortably hot in the evenings with no air conditioning in the lobby area. We were a little disappointed with our room as we paid for priority location with sea view and our room was on the first floor which does not give a clear view of beech but I suppose it done what it said on the tin.

We booked this on the strength of its rating and its billing as a high-end property. Having stayed, I don't think either is deserved. It's a solid three star experience wearing five star packaging.

Honeymoon: nothing at check-in. Over the following days things did appear in the room — a bottle of sparkling wine one day, a plate of chocolates the next — but with no note, no card and no explanation. The plate wasn't even covered. The intention was there; the execution wasn't.

Service is where it falls down hardest. We were on half board, which includes no drinks at dinner. Fine in itself, but the way it was communicated to us by one waiter was borderline rude, and his offer of "a free water" was delivered as if he were doing us a favour. On other nights we did order drinks: the cocktails are poorly mixed and the house wine tasted vinegary. Elsewhere, English is limited and basic courtesy is inconsistent — asking for a shaded table one morning got us a curt response rather than any help.

Reception and concierge have no flexibility at all. We couldn't get our nights registered on the IHG loyalty programme, there was no late checkout offered, and the concierge team had no useful recommendations for the area.

Cleanliness was the biggest disappointment. There seemed to be one housekeeper covering our entire corridor, and more than once we found her hair on the floor beside the bed. Cups weren't changed. The room was never properly maintained. In the restaurant you have to hunt for a clean plate or a clean glass.

La mensonge de la présentation , pied de mer alors qu’il est loin de plus d’1 Km de la mer !!!
À la plage , une fois arrivée après une marche fatigante sous le soleil et la chaleur ; toute les places sont réservées d’avance !!! Et payantes .
L’établissement est situé dans un désert , loin de tout !!!!
