Charming hotel with wonderful staff who were incredibly helfpul

Mr. Rana the Hotel Manager , ensured our stay is comfortable and he gave us nice view room with a view of garden and mountains and valleys.Well all staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the person who serve us breakfast, he aldo provided me room sleepers when asked for...hotel itself is very beautiful, aesthetically decorated , palacial rooms and awesome courtyard or lobby.area.

The breakfast was good. The location was not what we expected. The access to the main entrance was up a steep albeit short incline.
However, the property was beautiful, and we enjoyed looking at the photographs depicting the history of the place and the region.
Staff were extremely pleasant and the food was tasty.

Excellent staff and super friendly host. Gorgeous property with heritage ambience taking you another era . Lovely views from the large open terrace and simply charming rooms and suites . Everyone is cheerful and helpful .

The Hotel is a real gem. The food was excellent, the staff and service could not be faulted. They were very accommodating, helpful, polite and courteous at all times. The rooms were clean, well-maintained and very comfortable. Would highly recommend this quirky, fun hotel!

A charming, characterful, old property with quirky decoration with intricate wood panelled walls & photos from its past. Lovely views.

Food was very good both Breakfast and evening meals. Staff were extremely helpful on any special request, and making certain that your stay was comfortable. The hotel itself had a very nostalgic feel to it with memorabilia around the hotel . Great views of Dharamshala and the surrounding areas

Stunning building full of history, with fascinating furniture and decor - a real one off! like stepping into another age. The architecture was really interesting - lots of little steps and balconies, passages and landings.... staff very frienbdly and helpful. Really made us feel at home

Three night stay but I wish it had been longer. The property is full of character and immaculately furnished. Our room was incredibly spacious and the view from the terrace was magnificent, watching the sunset was a joy. However, the best thing of all was the service received. The entire team were wonderful. The meals were absolutely delicious (both breakfast and dinner were exquisite) and the servings very generous.
Located a five minute walk from the main road, so quiet but easily accessible for wherever you may want to visit.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel is amazing, a real piece of history. The rooms are fabulous and the service is perfect. Inderjeet and his team could not do more to help you. This is an example of the best India has to offer.
