Choix d’un autre hôtel la prochaine fois
Cons:

Nous étions 3. Il a fallu réclamer un lit en extra alors que je leur avais demandé une chambre à 3 lits et qu’ils m’avaient répondu OK. Ils ne voulaient donner qu’un seul drap pour le lit en extra, la couverture était directement sur le corps.
Après avoir obtenu les 2 draps, le lendemain, ils ont fait la chambre mais n’ont pas fait le lit en extra !

Highly disappointing, avoid …. not worth half the price they charge.
Pros:

Location, convenient for personal reasons.
Overall not the most ideal location.

Cons:

Poorly maintained rooms, no hand towels, no shower gel, no dental kit …. I had to ask for these every day, still some basic necessary items were not provided. I had to move to three rooms during my 7 day stay. First room was dirty, with mould in the bathroom and toilet. The bed linen was clearly not changed. When I complained I was moved to a newly refurbished room. Here the sink wouldn’t drain, shower cubicle was flooding. Then I was moved to third room, which was as bad. Got fed up and had to leave the hotel after 7 nights, although I had booked and paid for eight nights.
Breakfast was very poor, dining room staff were unwelcoming, inefficient and untrained. Poor and very little variety of items. This was my fourth stay in this hotel in the past five years. I assume the management has changed and they are completely useless.

Overall a good stay. Location wise and with easy access to transport.
Pros:

Staff were amicable and helpful. Even the security personnel were helpful.

Cons:

The ladies washroom on ground floor was unfortunately not clean. I used it on the last day of my journey as I went to pick up my luggage which I had left after checking out. The bins were overflowing with used tissue. I would hope it would be taken care of.
