Homewood Suites by Hilton Allentown-West/Fogelsville

Breakfast was great, real eggs! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Best hotel experience so far!

I love the staff and the pool

The attendant Natasha was very pleasant and professional. The food was very good. The breakfast area was very clean.

Staff, room was clean and comfortable, and very quiet!

We stayed for a weekend in a two-bedroom two bath suite. We were 6 adults and 2 children. Everything was very clean and in good condition. The bedrooms were very large with plenty of storage options. The large bathrooms were both split, so multiple people were able to get ready at the same time. The living, dining, and kitchen area were small with small furniture. The living room had a small sofa bed and an ottoman. The dining table was more of a bar style table with 2 chairs. The kitchen had a full-sized fridge and microwave, a small coffee machine, and a 2-burner stove top. There were 2 pots but no frying pan, no large bowls, no colander (strainer), and very few utensils. We did ask for and received more plates, glasses, and silverware. We did cook a bit, so we popped to a nearby Dollar Tree and got a couple of things, so it all worked out.

The indoor pool was great--small but perfect to relax and play a little. It had plenty of chairs and tables around the pool. There are towels by the pool, but they are very small. There was snow and it was cold, but the outside spaces looked great. There was a basketball court too. There was plenty of parking too.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of diverse hot options, fresh pastries, fresh fruit salad, yogurts, cereals, waffles, oatmeal bar, chia pudding, overnight oats, and more. There is even an alcove with a long table where we were able to sit family style. They brought crayons and coloring pages/books for the kids and even got creative with some sensory items for our autistic boy.

Every staff member we encountered was wonderful--really lovely and considerate--especially the staff in the dining room.

Homewood Suites was comfortable overall, but nothing really stood out. The room was spacious and clean, which was great, but some areas felt a bit dated and could use better maintenance. We stay here every year for the location and close proximity to family. The breakfast buffet had many options each day and was quite tasty! All the staff we encountered were very nice!

This hotel was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located for my trip. I appreciated the digital key, app check-in and check-out, which made my stay seamless.

Staff was nice. Room was big and included a kitchen. Hot breakfast every morning. I was given a late checkout with no problem. I definitely would recommend 👌

Quiet

kitchens werent stocked. breakfast was terrible. coffee was cheap and nasty. this was definitely not up to Hilton standards. wont stay here again. Hotel sits in front of the waste treatment center so the air smells, always!!!

By far the nicest hotel ever. Safe, clean and the staff was beyond helpful, professional and so nice to deal with. Had social hour and even football night with pizza. Bed was super comfortable and my suite amazing....I didn't want to leave. Food was awesome too...

I always stay at the vast Homewood Suites because they accommodate my large family well.
