The staff was extremely friendly and helpful
The smell was sickening, and the ants was too much..
Took this hotel because we wanted a full kitchen to cook. The pictures show a full kitchen. None of the rooms have a "full kitchen" because there is NO STOVE. Just 2 burners on top of a counter which keep shutting off so you can't cook anything. No stove at all. There is a microwave. But if you want to cook anything do not stay here. Also only one chair in the entire room, had to call downstairs and ask for a chair.
Room was clean and large, bed was comfy. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Long hair in the bathroom drain, tv would work off and on. Horrible smell in the middle of the night. At check out was told its normal because of a plant behind the hotel. There was a notice on the back of the door but we didnt see it.
OMG disgusting I've never stay here again 😭😭 horrible 😷 treat, nasty under beds, moled trash cans, dirty carpet, filthy sink , broken cabinet, broken dishwasher, TV no singles bad, hot halkways. pictures says it All. This whole location needs major renovation
Food was nasty 🤢🤢
Our room was fantastic! The bed was so comfortable, there was plenty of room, the refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, stove, and dishwasher was very convenient.
The breakfast choices were phenomenal. There were so many things to choose from them and everything was delicious.
Was disappointed that the pool was closed for several weeks for maintenance.
Very clean excellent service
All was fine no complaints
The room was spacious
The ice machine on the floor was not working. But we figured out how to turn on the ice maker in the kitchnette.
The front desk and chef were very nice. The front desk helped us quickly switch rooms when we had to submit a noise complaint, shortly after checking in. The chef walked around during breakfast and assured everyone was well accommodated. I liked having a 2 bedroom suite (1 king, 2 queens, and a sleep sofa). Very roomy for a family of 5.
THE SMELL WAS ATROCIOUS!!!! After making the reservation, the hotel sent a message (the usual blurb about the policies and facilities) but at the end, it mentioned "a smell" saying it comes and goes according to the wind, it's not harmful, and it's because they're located in an industrial area....Ohhh, ok.....I packed air fresheners for the rooms and thought that would suffice. WRONG. I was NOT prepared for it to be so strong and nauseating. A Walmart is located a few minutes away so I had my husband purchase some more wall plug ins. Surprisingly, it made the smell worse. It sort of smells like manure fertilizer and it doesn't "come and go"...the smell was always present BUT at times got stronger and more intense (especially early in the morning). I even tried turning off the AC to keep the smell from blowing in. My dismay with Hilton is that there are products that can be placed throughout air ducts to give commercial buildings a " good smell", they should do that. If not, reconsider if this is even a suitable location OR deeply cut the cost. I spent nearly $800 for a 2 night stay, only to leave a few hours before check out time due to the smell. The only reason I didn't look for another hotel is because my family spent our time at Dorney Park the whole day and limited time in the room. I love Homewood Suites but I will NEVER stay at this location again.
The Keurig was not provided like website stated and I had kcups shipped. Hot water in the entire suite was an ongoing issue, particularly in Master and kitchen. TV remotes didn’t turn the TV on, on any of the 3 televisions. The sliding door in the guest room kept falling off of the rail. Our key cards worked sometimes.
Breakfast was great, real eggs! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Best hotel experience so far!
Need larger towels for pool area.
I love the staff and the pool
Under the bed was dirty it had wine bottles under it and it was really dusty
The attendant Natasha was very pleasant and professional. The food was very good. The breakfast area was very clean.
