Very nice Hotel with Helpfull and Friendly Staff members. Great Stay!
Pros:

The breakfast was great for my daughter and her husband and kids because they were early risers. She said they had bacon, sausage, eggs , waffles, grits etc. the kids were able to choose from a variety of food to eat. My husband and I was sleeping in because the bed was so comfortable. When we got to breakfast around 9 a.m. I was looking for bacon and the helper said there was no more bacon but there was plenty of sausages. So much for sleeping in late. We enjoyed how much room we had in the livingroom and a separate bedroom with bathroom. We wasn't expecting the Suite to have a full Kitchen and full size refrigerator. Awesome!

Cons:

I can't think of anything I didn't like about this hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a very good stay.

Definitely recommend! We will stay here on our trips to Slidell.
Pros:

Property was clean and easy to find way around. Rooms are large and you hear no noise. Breakfast was delicious and didn’t just feel thrown together and workers were there if you needed anything.

Pros:

It was quiet even though there were lots of people there for Mardi Gras and the location was very convenient to food and shopping. Plus the room was very spacious! So it was great all across the board.

They stole nearly $1,800.00 out of my account!!!
Pros:

I stayed there one night with hubby and grand child. This hotel charged me 1780.00¡!!!!
Now, to get my money back is a complete nightmare! They won't return my money, they keep saying they did, and I keep sending them screenshots of my account where they have not.
I've had to contact my bank to dispute it but it will take up to 10 days!
The manager there, "Katherine Domingue" is completely incompetent and should be FIRED!
I have also filed a complaint with Hilton...next move is attorneys I guess.
RUN, PROTECT YOUR WALLET, THEY ARE FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS!!!
