Very disappointed
Pros:

Location is nice and safe.

Cons:

Staff was rude and had no idea how to cancel booking.com reservations.The pool was closed, there was a leak in the lobby, the convenience shop was empty, in my room, the bed was flat and uncomfortable, all the furniture was old and worn (looked like it was purchased at goodwill) shower was broken, and there was dirt and mold throughout.

Was clean and comfortable. Provided all we needed for a one night stay.

Cons:

Thought we’d booked a room with a sofa but got a chair instead. Picture of room showed a sofa. Was a little misleading. Need regular coffee maker. The single cup dispenser sucks! Not a fan of single cups, prefer a pot even a small pot.

My stay was enjoyable.
Pros:

One of the most enjoyable check-in experiences I’ve had traveling. The front desk was very pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t very enjoyable.

I’d stay here again!
Pros:

This LQ is wonderful. Very clean, easy access, and all around a pleasant experience. We also stayed here a year ago and it’s as good as it was then.

Rooms are old and rundown!!!
Pros:

The Hotel looks very nice from the outside to the lobby and in a great area! When you enter the room it’s a surprisingly old furniture lumpy bed and mold in the bathroom!!! The hot tub is always broken from what I read later! The one good t was the free breakfast!! The price from trip advisor was 269 for two nights! I had paid up front through trip advisor and it took 1 and 1/2 hours to check in ! With no wait!!! Will not stay there again !!!
