The property location was great. We enjoyed the breakfast. Our was very clean.
One of my dislike was the pool. The pool was disguising. That was one of the main reasons for picking this location too.
Si me gustó, lo único fueron las camas que no estaban en el mejor estado .
We had no hot water. I traveled 4 hours here for my birthday and had no way to shower. It was 98 degrees outside the whole weekend. We had to pay for showers at Loves GAS STATION, when we had already paid to shower at the hotel..
Nothing
I had no hot water! I texted the location and got a reply that no one was available at the moment and they’d get back with me! After two hours I replied to them and again got their message that no one was available at the moment. I went down to the lobby and told the woman at the desk that I had no hot water! She told me the hotel was having problems with their water and was going to move me to another room! I went to the new room and still had no hot water! So I spent the night not be able to shower after spending the day in high 90 degree weather watching golf tournament! I am very disappointed in this location!!
The man working was the only good thing about this hotel. He was doing his very best, with very limited resources and clearly in need of a break. Other than that it was a horrible experience. The room was 80 degrees, AC hardly worked, it smelled moldy and musty, the whole 2nd floor and room smelled like cigarette smoke, the hotel lost HOT WATER during our stay and the general manager had to be called, both TVs in our family room weren't working at all. It was one of the worst hotel stays we've ever had, and we've had multiple cross-country roadtrips and travel bi-weekly around the country for business.
Location
The staff wasn’t to friendly about cleaning our room we had to call about 3 times to get them to clean and when we made it bck to the room it still wasn’t clean so we had to call again and stay in the room while they was cleaning it
This was a great location for us because we were traveling on I-40 and the hotel was close by so we didn't have to veer off course for our drive home. The staff were so kind, helpful, and friendly. The room was very clean and very comfortable and the hot breakfast in the morning was super. We would gladly stay here again next time we're passing through town. Highly recommend! :)
I’ve enjoyed other LaQuinta locations, but this one fell short. Our room had a strong odor, the fridge didn’t work, the tub was dripping with visible rust stains, and the sink was cracked throughout. Even the toaster in the breakfast area didn’t work.
When I mentioned the smell and the broken fridge at checkout, the response was flat. The desk clerk also struggled to print my receipt and incorrectly claimed it was because I booked through a third party, even though I used my LaQuinta account to earn points.
We appreciate LaQuinta’s pet‑friendly policy, but we will not return to this location.
The breakfast was almost tolerable with its runny eggs, and the bed was comfortable. That's it.
Arrived at 12:30am and the first room I was given (306) had not been cleaned. It appeared that others had used the room for "relations" and then left. The next room (318) was filled with a pot smoke cloud upon my entering the room. Since the bed was made and the living area was clean I decided to tolerate the fragrance. The next morning I went to take a shower and realized that the shower had not been cleaned, stains everywhere. I had to sponge bathe to get ready for the day due to another substandard room preparation. You can't have such low quality accommodations in such a competitive market. The counter lady in the morning skipped asking anyone how their stay was. It was very telling. Do better Wyndham.
The location was perfect and the facility was very clean
The ac was not on in my room, there were no bath towels and the young lady at the front desk wasn't friendly at all
The stay in the beautiful clean, modern, updated and comfortable room was over-shadowed by the lackluster, motel-level continental breakfast and an overabundance of dogs staying with guests on our end of the building. La Quinta wants to welcome all guests, including those with dogs, but maybe it's a great idea to give rooms to those guests without dogs at least a floor above those with dogs and on the other side of the building. It doesn't make
for a good stay if someone with a larger dog, that barks and howls all night while the owners are out somewhere, is placed right next door. It makes for a worse experience to have that same room explode with barking at 3 am, causing several other dogs in the same hallway to join in on the barking. Along with the 3 am dogs, accompanied by some loud-talking, clueless
guest or visitor to a guest, the TV was not working that well. When only partially extended from the wall, it was not able to get any signal. Once fully extended, it was able to get a good signal, although distortion to the picture kept occurring. This trouble was reported to the front desk shortly after check-in. Although a promise to address the issue was made, no one ever showed up at the room. Although the TV functioned relatively well, with the occasional distortion, the remote only functioned part of the time. All-in-all, we were extremely disappointed, given that we spent a bit more, expecting higher quality from La Quinta. There are other hotel brands in the area. Next time, I'll try somewhere else.
The breakfast was fine, especially the waffle maker. Coffee was decent. Room was exceptionally clean. It was quiet and peaceful. Bed comfortable, pet fee reasonable. Room was large. Bathroom was nice. Excellent location near lots of shopping and restaurants.
I couldn't imagine how it could be nicer. Nice hotel.
Very convenient from I40 and access to restaurants that were walkable.
The desk person couldn’t answer questions regarding how to use the TV. There were no instructions in the room.
Bed was comfortable, refrigerator worked, room was spacious, and for breakfast coffee, yogurt, and waffles were good
Someone was doing work on the room before I checked in and left garbage full. The floor and bed had either walk or ceiling bits on it. The blackout shades were broken, the furniture was dirty, tables were dusty, microwave was dirty and start/stop button didn’t work well. The hot water took forever, no towels were in the room upon check in. Wanted to use jacuzzi to ease pain from driving and only 2 jets worked and water was cold. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy were cold.
Nice location. Located on hotel row and plenty of places to eat.
Checked into the hotel, was given a room with a fan to dry it out. No explanation of why fan was there and front desk didn’t seem that concerned. We were moved to a different room where the cable didn’t work and there was hair in the bed. Looked like somebody cut their hair in the bed, clearly housekeeping didn’t not check the room.
