Great service and comfort - thank you for a lovely family holiday
Pros:

Room was very clean well maintained and beds were very comfortable.
Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you for a great stay.

It was warm comfortable and convenient for the price point
Pros:

It was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

How loud the elevator doors were and the fact you have to slam the door to close it. Makes the doors ans windows rattle and disturbs sleep.

Very unprofessional and horrible for my kids
Pros:

The room was alright but the cigarette smell and staff not willing help when called made it not a nice stay

Cons:

Arrived and the apartment had a really bad cigarette smell, called the office and we had no where else to go but they offered no compensation at all. We had small kids and they had to breath in the smoke smell and sit with the door open to try air the place out which when its cold is not ideal….my clothing even smelt of smoke when returning home.

Close to shopping and restaurants

Cons:

We went for breakfast before checking out, but unfortunately, we could not get the attention of the breakfast staff on duty, so we decided just to drop our key into the express checkout and leave.

Nice place
Pros:

Easy to find. Family room was amazing. Had everything we needed. Heater worked well.

Cons:

Sounded like a family of elephants above us but thays not the hotels fault.
