Dirty. Thinks getting old and not being replaced
Pros:

The property would be perfect if well maintained

Cons:

My room was dirty when i got there and my coffee pot was broken. Despite contacting the front desk and the Gm the coffee pot was never fixed and despite promises to the contrary they did not clean it until after my second night.

Horrible
Pros:

This hotel was a horrendous experience. I went in with a wallet thinking I was in a secure place where I didn’t need to worry about my belongings. Nevertheless this was NOT true. When staff members return my wallet to me I found that $105 where missing. Not only did they take my money but they lied to my face saying they would call me back to get it sorted out. I walked out with just a wallet, no money, and pure disgust.

Relaxing end to our trip
Pros:

We really enjoyed our 2 nite stay at this hotel! Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Room was super clean, pleasant and quiet. Location was perfect for the sightseeing we wanted to do. Walking distance to a Starbucks, a wine and spirits store and a pizza place that was not fancy but wow the pizza was great! Breakfast selections were above average and the area was clean and well stocked. Very very nice, relaxing stay.

Quick visit to Bloomfield
Pros:

Hyatt House front desk staff were nice, friendly and accommodating. The hotel and room were clean. Overall it was what I would expect from the Hyatt brand.

Good for one night maybe, not longer.
Pros:

Good breakfast, nice staff

Cons:

The room was not as clean as it should be. Crumbles in the kitchen area, behind the sofa. Dust all over the place. Looked like it needs a vacuuming pretty badly.

Do not stay here
Pros:

The room was dirty- smelled like dog. The pull out bed didn’t have a mattress cover. This was the dirtiest room I have stayed at and we travel often. We tried to move rooms and they were completely full and it was very late. We checked out early and stayed at a very nice hotel close by.

Great hotel close to Boulder
Pros:

This hotel is great! Roomy, comfortable, well appointed rooms, comfortable bed, and perfect location. Close to Boulder, which is where my family is. Steel cut oats at breakfast! We'll be back!

Noise was awful
Pros:

The room below us played trance music until 6AM! We complained multiple times and the night time attendant claimed the occupant was hard of hearing. No, it was trance music until 6AM! We were told at check out that the general manager would reach out to me. Crickets.
