Clean, safe and comfortable
Easy check-in, complimentary breakfast, clean bathroom. Nice, new hotel with easy access to CU.

Unclean rooms said we would have house keeping friday, that never happened they skipped our rooms. when we arrived we checked out sheets they were dirty we believe bc we found stain that looked fresh. We waited to say anything but ended up going down to get new sheets. We saw house keeping on Saturday again they again past our rooms and i understand if there was miscommunication when check in but we were told we would get housekeeping so we didn't understand.
Room was nice, facilities were clean and breakfast was good
Window was broken and blinds were missing so there was no way to block the light. We were told that we weren't "supposed to be in that room" but I guess they were fully booked.
The rooms were unique and very clean. Loved the barbecue area and pool

Fantastic! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very clean and well maintained, quiet and nice breakfast. Modest prices and also willing to work with me for a better price for a long term stay. Highly recommend it!
Had high hopes for this property, but boy did it come up short. Dirty dishes in cupboards, severely understocked kitchen, hair on the ceiling, kitchen faucet falling apart, and walls were actually quite dirty. Breakfast was poor with sausage patties like leather. Good things - comfortable bed, amazing and friendly staff, and gym was decent. Looking for another property for our next stay in Broomfield. Will give management list of items that need attention.
Location and comfort.

Room was a spacious studio with comfy King side bed and sitting area. Great view of the front range. One block to Charge Point EV chargers at Audie dealer. One block to pizza restaurant and very good hot breakfast. room divider holds TV which can rotate 180 degrees to view in bedroom. Looks like pool area is nice in the summer. Good cookies at reception, friendly staff.

Oftmals gab es beim Frühstück leider Wegwerfbesteck.
Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war super-laut. Wir haben diesen daher abgesteckt, da wir ihn nicht brauchten. Somit war es dann auch leise 😉
I love this location and always choose it when traveling to visit my daughter in Boulder. The hotel is always clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is so accommodating! A big plus is the rooms offer a full kitchen and beds are SO comfy!
Great hotel, great location, great breakfast. Really can’t complain about anything except the barn door on the bathroom. Giant gaps on each side when closed. I’m not sure why this became a thing in hotels but please please stop!
