Affordable Luxury
Pros:

Affordable option that feels fancier than most hotels. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are great and I would book here again and again.

Cons:

En 3 días de estadia nunca vinieron a limpiar, llamamos dos veces y nunca pasaron. Pedimos anoche que al menos pasen a recolectar la basura y cambiar bolsas y nos contestaron de mala manera que no tenían peraonal! Es la primera vez que me sucede esto en un hotel de la cadena Hyatt! No volvere

My Boulder Choice
Pros:

Short drive to Boulder. Next to Starbucks. Breakfast is the same as any other Hyatt House/Place, and was surprisingly busy/popular. One day I worked from the room which was comfortable.

Parking is easy, right out front vs. Hyatt Place Boulder. And for this reason, I'll return here instead.

Not a bad location or hotel, a few improvements needed on housekeeping and front door staff. Neither was terrible but there was definite hiccups during our stay

Awesome hotel!
Pros:

Beautiful, new hotel! Has great amenities including pool, grilling area and even a pool table! I highly recommend this hotel!

The pool was clean & it was close to Starbucks

Cons:

I felt as if it was overpriced.
The room was cleaned but there was still stuff from the previous guest like socks and popcorn kernels.
The breakfast was not the best. One day the pancakes and waffles were so hard I couldn’t eat them or one of the other people who stayed with us.
Some of the staff was nice but then there were some rude people as well.
Just felt overpriced for the service

Dirty. Thinks getting old and not being replaced

The property would be perfect if well maintained

Cons:

My room was dirty when i got there and my coffee pot was broken. Despite contacting the front desk and the Gm the coffee pot was never fixed and despite promises to the contrary they did not clean it until after my second night.

Horrible
Pros:

This hotel was a horrendous experience. I went in with a wallet thinking I was in a secure place where I didn’t need to worry about my belongings. Nevertheless this was NOT true. When staff members return my wallet to me I found that $105 where missing. Not only did they take my money but they lied to my face saying they would call me back to get it sorted out. I walked out with just a wallet, no money, and pure disgust.

Relaxing end to our trip
Pros:

We really enjoyed our 2 nite stay at this hotel! Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Room was super clean, pleasant and quiet. Location was perfect for the sightseeing we wanted to do. Walking distance to a Starbucks, a wine and spirits store and a pizza place that was not fancy but wow the pizza was great! Breakfast selections were above average and the area was clean and well stocked. Very very nice, relaxing stay.
