It was old and had strong odors
The hotel was clean, well kept, staff were friendly and helpful, amenities were nice (pool, laundry, gym), elevator was in good working order and clean as well.
Would have like to have seen a few more options on the breakfast provided but overall was still hot and tasty and satisfying.
The hotel was very disgusting I had to move rooms 3 times with a young child. The first room was molded and smelled disgusting. The 2nd room had bugs crawling on the walls and in my food. The 3rd room at 2:45am the bathroom was used and had dirty towels and sheets. Management threatened to call the police because I recorded the interaction when the clerk was very nasty and rude to me. Being a black woman threatened with the police after a simple request to be treated and talked to appropriately. I’m beyond disappointed in the lack of decency and professionalism displayed at this location will not be returning. The management had a list of rooms to “do not rent” just so happened that me and my child where put in these rooms since we checked into this hotel. Members of my friend group checked in over the weekend and we each had a room on that list, and yes we are all African American. Im absolutely offended, we where treated terrible after we book directly through choice hotels website.

There was not a single thing I liked about the property.
My husband and I walked into a hotel with blaring music and not a soul in sight. We waited for 15+ minutes for someone to come to the front desk (finally got someone by calling the hotel multiple times). Checked in and walked up to the room. A horrific smell immediately hit us and we started checking the room. I walked over to the air vent and seen a cockroach crawling. My husband immediately came over and killed it with his shoe. Following the cockroach we checked the bed and noticed the shells of bugs, small black hairs, and some type of crumb all of the outside and inside of the bed. In that moment I was done and requested a refund. Completely horrible experience and I would not recommend this place for anyone.
