Location was great and plenty of restaurants in the area staff gave great customer service and not far from family that live in the area
Only one elevator working at the time of my stay and for the price of the two days totaling 448.00, would be nice to have complementary breakfast. I stayed in Texas in April at a True Hilton hotel a smaller hotel and for four days and cheaper with complementary breakfast but overall the stay was great at your location.
Great location, you have a variety of options for fast food just steps away and the mall and supermarket is minutes away driving.

Water temperature was cold
I was charged too much. I was accused of smoking when we don’t even smoke. The police was called on me when I was calm. The police even reported that there was no smoking in the room. I still got put out and I live in a whole Nother state I was late for my Best so I missed out on a lot of money and I had to find somewhere else to stay overnight and was not returned any type of compensation or no one showed any proof of smoking even the police said there was no smoking. It was very embarrassing, leaving from my event in heels, carrying bags out, escorted by the police.
Staff was very nice
Pool was closed for at least 5 days. Pillows were not the best. Bathroom did not have a fan, it will smell a bit damp. We didn’t have hot water all the time.

The workout room a/c was broken. It was absolutely too hot to work out in. The pool was freezing. The breakfast was not worth $14.
The shower temperature was barely warm. The blinds in the room were broken. Not enough pillows or blankets - - bring your own if you stay.

Good location, close to a complex with restaurants and a main road
There was no hot water and no this wasn’t mentioned at check in. I wanted a partial refund as hot water is a basic accommodation feature and I was told the manager wasn’t in and would be in on my check out day. Then suddenly he wasn’t there. I was offered free breakfast which I don’t eat. I wasn’t interested in anything else other than some refund. Now I have to chase after a manager via email for it.
