Great location...but the rest, below other Qubes
Pros:

Stayed here for one night because convenient to plans the next day and because I've stayed in other Qube's and enjoyed them. The biggest disappointment was the "gym": the messiest, dirtiest workout area I have ever been in (see photos)! Regarding the room, it was spacious and decent, though dark, and the air conditioning would not cool below about 22-25C...made for an uncomfortable night in late July. Breakfast was just OK - edible but below average. Had dinner in one of the restaurants after checking in - same.

Pros:

Keep in mind this hotel is in an industrial part of China. For where it is, this is a great hotel. No complains, it is understood that this is a great hotel for the location were it is.

Pros:

Convenient for those with business in the vicinity, and great view of the city/the Pearl. However, despite being in a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor, the room reeked of smoke.
