very comfortable bed, good generous room size, toiletries provided a nice touch

Cons:

As with pretty much all hotels, the lighting in the main bedroom can be better. The main lighting is ok being subdued, but better lighting at the mirror is needed to help when one's partner is in the very well lit bathroom.

Lovely but disappointed
Pros:

Lovely room, we upgraded and got a superior suite with panoramic view. Seating area which was amazing.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, thin mattress which you could feel every spring through.
The noise from outside was awful, although we were on the 6th floor, it was very noisy, people fighting and cars.

Pros:

Very nice place. A 24 hour car park very close. A short stroll into town.

Cons:

Bar prices a bit over the top. 2 bags of crisps £6.50. I understand to pay more but that is excessive.
