Love this hotel, location is ideal, comfortable and clean rooms and the staff are friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for.
Would like if there was a spare pillow available in the room. More tea bags and milk.
The lady on reception was lovely. She was professional, polite and even helped us find a chemist. Unfortunately I didn't get her name (she had ginger hair and am sure she was wearing glasses)
The hotel was lovely, clean, modern and in a excellent location for us visiting family.
A young lady who was serving in the bar late evening was very abrupt, however, another young lady who was also serving in the bar area was very nice. I think she heard the lady being abrupt and came over to us and was very professional and polite, again I didn't get their names but the professional young lady was a foreign
Location was good, bar very handy
Paying £26 for parking! I got an email to upgrade to superior room for £15, it did not say anywhere this was per night (staying 2 nights) until I had to pay for it at the reception. The “superior” was disappointing , tv didn’t work and the lighting was terrible - it was so dark!

The staff are nice
The staff were lovely, very accommodating. My friend was going to be staying on a different floor from me and my room wasn't quite ready for check in (not a big deal) but they actually managed to find me a room that was ready and on the same floor as my friend
Not a big thing but when we came down in the morning for breakfast, nearly half the tables were booked for a like 1 group of people that hadn't been down yet, also we were down for 40minutes and they still never showed up. But unfortunately any available tables were dirty from previous people. This is not the waitresses fault though, as soon as we pointed it out they cleared them but there was only 2 of them working... 2 people running food out, clearing tables, greeting people and dealing with enquiries seemed a bit much.
Great location, clean, good choice at breakfast including gluten free options.
Only slight issue was the door allowing access to the lift to the hotel from the multi-storey car park is awaiting fixing so it was not possible to use the lift to access the hotel.

Location was excellent, Room was very nice and clean
Bed was large but uncomfortable in the middle. I presume it was a joint to put 2 beds together. didnt have a good nights sleep
The room, bed and shower were all great. The location was also convenient
The breakfast was very busy. There are a few gluten free breakfast options (such as granola). However, you need to ask for gf bread. Because they were so busy they forgot it both mornings and did not bring it the second morning

Indifferent staff (reception, bar). Paid parking next door (hotel door to parking garage not functioning) - surely a hotel like this would cover overnight parking cost ?
