Pros:

Staff very friendly. Easy check in and out process

Cons:

We had an accessibility room so the bed was very low but still comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room but still perfectly ok but would have preferred a normal room

We had a good stay good sleep
Pros:

A few issues needed more pillows and issue with shower but were quickly rectified 🤙🤙great poached eggs

Cons:

No black pudding and they ran out of sausages ,restraunt to dear went out most nights.

Bed was so uncomfortable in the end. First night ok, after that my wife and I have now lost around £400 due to time off work and chiropractic.

Comfortable and trouble free stay
Pros:

I liked the atmosphere, the staff and the fact it was quiet.

Cons:

I used the fitness area and some of the machines are dated and not functioning properly.

Great 1 night stay for going out in ABerdeen
Pros:

Room 246, fine to watch out the window as passers by, I thought bed was comfortable, my husband no so much, clean room with shower room and toiletries.

Loved hotel been several times modern clean staff lovely

Room lovely only 1 pillow each got two more
Location perfect in centre of town beside pubs restaurants but off Main Street so quiet

Okay as far as hotels go. Dont waste money upgrading.
Pros:

Location central and some rooms were great. Staff helpful.

Cons:

Noise from clubs nearby. Noise from other guests. Breakfast was cold. One room was freezing. Heating didn’t work. Upgraded room was tiny and had a joining room door so could clearly hear next door guests. Waste of upgrade cost

Cons:

Upon arrival on Friday 3 staff on Reception 2 of whom totally ignored guests waiting to check in. This also happened on my previous stay. Girl on her own at reception during departure today was excellent.
