A pleasant experience
Pros:

The staff were very attentive and helpful in all departments. Having a bar and food service was an advantage. The room was clean and had a few extras included like an iron and ironing board.
Any issues we had were resolved promptly and handled professionally by the staff members.

Cons:

A second pillow in the bedrooms would be helpful.

Very relaxing
Pros:

The view from our room was beautiful especially being on the top floor of the hotel. The room was perfect, clean and had everything we needed.

Cons:

Only thing was when we arrived at 3pm our room wasnt ready. And when we finally got the keys our room had 2 single beds for me and my fiance when we booked for a double bed. That was not great but the receptionist was very helpful, sorted us out straight away amd gave us drinks vouchers as an apology. Her service alone was great.

The hotel was fine but not great for the price

Location is good and staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Air con and heating did not work. Bed was very hard. Shower had very little power . Breakfast was limited in choice and not very good quality
