Das estrutura das instalações, das soluções imediatas apresentadas pela Gerente. Das variedades do cardápio e pronto atendimento.
De ver recolher a alimentação colocando um recipiente sobre o outro sem uma proteção da base do recipiente que estava no balcão colocado sobre o alimento dos recipientes empilhando-os, e os alimentos em contato com essa base onde a mesma estava sobre o balcão - foi impactante e fiquei paralisado sem ação nem para fazer uma orientação no momento. Por favor, espero poderem adotar uma outra forma mais ágil de desfazer a bancada.
Atendimento dos funcionários. Bruno da recepção foi muito ágil e cordial.
As acomodaçoes são básicas, mas confortáveis.
Padrão novotel de estadia, excelente café
Os cobertores não ficam acondicionado em embalagens lacradas vindas direto da lavanderia. O do meu quarto estava oura poeira e estava acondicionado em uma embalagem de zíper. A impressão é que não lavam entre uma estadia e outra.
Gut geführtes und instandgehaltenes Hotel ganz nahe beim Inlandsflughafen, von dem man aber dank guter Schallisolierung fast nichts hört. Geräumiges und modernes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück und akzeptables Restaurant. Gute Lage im Zentrum und nahe zur U-Bahn (wenn man diese benützen möchte)
Die unmittelbare Umgebung des Hotels ist wenig ansprechend : Busterminal und nachts viele Obdachlose. Das Zentrum ist untertags sehr belebt, abends aber ziemlich ruhig. Wir hatten aber kein Sicherheitsproblem.
